The view

Difficult to find the road to the apartment. The lack of secure parking near the apartment. A garage is offered but was too small for most cars. It was a very steep climb to walk from the car park before the security gates therefore not very suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Paola did her best to help with the problems we had. We still managed to have a restful time at the apartment.

Hidden gem close to Menaggio

Location was stunning. Quiet, just outside Menaggio. All explained at welcome very well by the owner Paola. Very comfortable apartment for a fam of 4.

All was good. The only thing is the heat in the apartment might be troublesome, but i believe this is applicable to most of the houses around como. There are two fans available.

Amazing!!!

Thanks to the owner Paola for a wonderful apartment! The view is the most amazing!!! Huge terrace with sun loungers! Huge pool on site! Nice apartments, equipped with everything you need. But you really need to add an iron! We will be happy to recommend these apartments. It should be noted that this is a quiet place with access only by car. Thanks Paola!

fantastic and complete stay

the view is amazing from the apartment and balcony. the host was very kind and helpful, to find our way in the appartement complex and surrounding. the swimming pool was quite big and the children loved it to cool down and play

because we were with 2 adults and 3 children we slept on a sleeping couch, which was a sitting nice.. but was for me a bit small and the matras was not that soft.

Excellent location, awesome swimming pool, breathtaking view

- The view is just incredible. We are right above Villa Gaeta (where one of James Bond movies was played) and we have a direct view on the Como Lake, directly Bellagio, Mennagio and Varenna: Just incredible ! ! ! - The location is fantastic: The apartment is located between San Siro and Mennagio, one of the best areas around the lake. - The area is so calm: As the apartment is above the tunnel from San Siro to Mennagio, there is just no sound coming from any traffic. - The swimming pool is top quality: renewed very recently. Quality is very high and it is cleaned regularly by a 3rd party company with very professional staff. - The appart is awesome: it is very clean, very sunny: You feel like if it was yours ! The outside terrace is a gem.

- Bed mattress could be improved: We did not had great sleeps during the 4 nights we spent. It was below the average we are used to (at home but also at hotels. We spend 10 other nights during this trip. Clearly Casa Bella Vista had the worst sleeping experience) - don't get me wrong. It's a minor negative comment vs. all the things we appreciated. - A washing machine would be a great addition. We thought there was one (our mistake) but no.

Stunning Como lake view from terrace

Everything You need for calm and perfect holliday - very nice place with stunning view and nice big pool! Check-in was very late, but host Paola was very kind, we got many recomendations for must see/visit/eat and etc.

Fijne tijd gehad aan het Comomeer

Locatie is fantastisch met uitzicht over het meer. Heel rustig, mooi zwembad, prima huis met ruim gedeeltelijk overkapt terras. In de keuken was alles aanwezig.

Locatie is lastig te vinden, bij huize La Gaeta stijl omhoog, dan via een stalen hek verder naar boven. Auto moet beneden staan behalve voor in- en uitladen. Stijle klim van 100 meter. Goed contact met Paola gelukkig. Bedden kraakten en piepten, in bad douchen met een ver over de datum douchekopje wat je niet kunt ophangen....

Fantastisk udsigt. Dejlig ro. Meget ren pool.

Det var svært at gå indtil byen da der mangler ordentlig fortov. Sengene er noget slidte.

En stor och härlig terrass med magisk utsikt över Comosjön. Alla faciliteter som behövs finns och vår värd var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.
