nice apartment, but we expected a bit more for that price. over all it was nice.

good area, nice and quiet. nice rooms and living room.. clean.

the upper floor is a bit dark ( not enough light). the upper shower was flooded.

Cosy apartment with view over Lake Como in a breathtaking area!

Beautiful property in a picturesque area! 2 min walk to the lake, kitchen well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, iron steamer, etc.), amazing view over the lake from the balcony. Beds very comfy! Owners very kind and helpful! Also very thoughtful - we received a basket with fruits and wine from local stores! Really appreciate it!

Both the apartment and the host were amazing! The host was very responsive to everything and extremely helpful and available in explaining how things in the apartment work. The apartment was immaculately clean and judging by the cleaning supplies available, this host takes cleanliness very seriously. We greatly appreciated this! The host also gave us a welcome gift which was a very nice touch. Location is great - a short 5-10min bus ride to Menaggio. The village has everything you need. There is a nice beach with a running creek a short walk away and the host provided beach chairs to borrow. There is also a very good restaurant on the lake a short walk to the north which serves outstanding pizza and pasta.

I'll just say that it's important to have a mindset that that every home has its quirks (we tripped the power a couple times trying to run the dryer) and things are always a little different when you're away from home! I will say that unfortunately there is no assigned parking with the apartment. We were fortunate to get a spot right in front of the building. This was definitely a stroke of luck, as we happened to get in while someone else was leaving. As is common in Italy, some drivers like taking 2 spots instead of 1.

Exceptional Stay!

Perfect place to stay and the best host I’ve ever encountered! Cute apartment with an amazing view! Beds are comfy, everything was so nice & clean, location is great and there was even all the essentials needed for a quick meal/snack. The host really went above and beyond, I was in a bind with all of the markets being closed already and I needed milk for my toddler. I was given the name, place and persons name where I could find milk! They even left water, wine and a fruit basket for us! We throughly enjoyed our stay! This place is definitely worth booking, you will not be disappointed!!

L’appartement est bien, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, tout équipé et même une petite terrasse avec vue.

Trop loin de tout, sans voiture c’est compliqué. La propreté était correcte mais pas mal de poussière !

Ottimo con qualche suggerimento

La casa ha spazi ampi ed è in un ottima posizione, tranquilla silenziosa, ottimo il parcheggio, letti comodi, cucina completa di ogni confort. Arredata in modo semplice con gusto, peccato non esser riusciti ad utilizzare il terrazzo che è davvero una chicca sia per il panorama che per l esposizione.

Suggerisco qualche spiegazione in più per l utilizzo dei velux, ed inserire lampadine più potenti soprattutto nei bagni che risultano bui nel periodo invernale in cui la luce naturale è meno presente. La pulizia del pavimento nella zona cucina poteva esser migliore, ma abbiamo trovato tanti detersivi a disposizione.
