Magical Como
The terrace with with over Lake Como is stunning, it was very hot during our stays, so we can testify that the aircon is really good.
The sun "sail" on the terrace is rather small, and gives shade only for the morning sun. So there is no shade for afternoon/ early evening.

Exceptional
This property had the most beautiful view of the lake and was the perfect stay for my family of three (stayed downstairs) with my visiting parents (who stayed upstairs). The setup is basically like two apartments which allowed us to put or baby to bed and then go upstairs to enjoy some wine, dessert, and the view. Location near some delicious restaurant and a lovely wine shop. Under a 10 min drive to Menaggio to catch the ferry or little train. The apartment had everything we would need to cook. I would stay again but for longer next time! Booking.com double booked but the host contacted us immediately and helped to remedy the situation. EXCELLENT communication with the host and front desk!

The terrace view, wow!!
The big balcony with amazing view, really love it! Amazing <3 Very clean & peacefull place. We had 2 adults & 2 children on downstairs & 2 adults in upstairs, perfect ! Bathrooms new & clean.
How to pickup the key after reception is closed did not really work with instructions. Also stairs can be really difficult & dangerous with small children.

Séjour de rêve.
Nous nous sommes senti tout de suite chez nous. L'appartement était impeccablement propre. La vue exceptionnelle. Les draps et serviettes à disposition est un véritable plus. L'emplacement est très bon. Nous avons également apprécié les petites dosettes à café à disposition tout comme la lessive (bien pratique). Le cahier de souvenir du voyage est également une très bonne idée (malheureusement je n'avais pas de stylo à disposition au moment du départ pour écrire un petit mot).
Ce qui nous a manqué pendant le séjour (ce ne sont vraiment que des détails) : un micro-ondes et des stylos ou crayons de couleurs pour les enfants).
