Room was clean, bed reasonably comfortable but quite creeky, enough to disturb sleep a little. Bathroom was a little outdated for a room at this price point.
Pool area was lovely, clean and a nice view.
Breakfast was excellent from Sandra and all staff were very friendly and attentive.
Quality of bed base. Not a huge issue but important.

The staff were excellent at Leeming Wells, the room, bathroom & bedding were clean. The additional benefit was of an indoor pool which we used on a daily basis. The breakfast which is at the Dog and Gun adjacent, the staff were again excellent. Run by Michael & his wife, helped by Kevin & Sandra at breakfast and the waitresses Fay & Isi were all good & helpful. Would recommend.
All the rooms are in progress of being updated with walk-in shower. The beds were a little on the firm side.
