Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a short uber ride into the city. We booked very last minute as the accommodation we had booked was awful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was wonderful (so sorry my partner spilt wine on the duvet). THe breakfast facilities also looked great, but we overslept and missed breakfast. Plenty of free parking. A hidden gem, would definitely recommend.

An ex-Ibis now run at a low level of presentation - old, tired, things didn’t work, third-world standards of presentation, but Ibis-level cost. Reception forgot to ask me to register my car in the car park.

Absolutely disgusted

It was clean the staff was very very rude they was vermin (rats) running around in the car park I was scared to get out of the car

The morning staff was bery very rude to me and the cleaner said there was cig ash on the outside window sil and showed pictures of this but me and my partner do not smoke I think it was planted so they kept our £100 deposit they was very rude to us I have never been accused of anything in my life I will never go back there.

Good Budget Option

Very close to Bradford City football ground although, this being Bradford, getting too it was FAR from straightforward. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was simple, plentiful and surprisingly good. Water pressure in the showers was brilliant!!

Rooms are small (But this is a budget hotel) although containing all you’d expect. Deco is a bit dated and battered and there was a rather unpleasant musty smell in our room for which we had to buy air-fresheners at the nearby TESCO.

Very comfortable and relaxing. The lift helped my aching knees too.

The choices at the breakfast selection was very good. I enjoyed the hot choices. There were so much excess items such as the ironing board and iron, kettle, cups, tea and coffee. Overall, it is recommendable. Will stay there again.

The room was comfortable but a little cold (for the time of year). However, I did locate the switch for the heating to make it warm and cosy.

Everything I needed for a great price

Room had everything I needed. The lighting was good and it was great to have a fridge. Cooked breakfast included in the price was ample and very good value. There is a Tesco opposite, handy for snacks etc. Parking was free and very simple. Despite roads both sides the room was quiet. WiFi free and good

Great hotel but a few problems on the way.

My bedroom, shower, drinks and the staff were very nice 👌 most of the breakfast was great 👍

The cheap sausages were crap not good quality 😕 Also outside my window on 2nd floor facing the left part of the building was very noisy and loud as it woke me up which is not acceptable 🙃 I don't know what was going on but it should not have been on as me and other guests were trying to sleep 🙃

Didn’t stay

I booked this place on booking.com and when I got to the property they asked for a deposit, no where on the booking .com profile did it say there would be additional charges for deposit so I left, caused me inconvenience and I had to book another taxi to find a place that was not deceptive. Terrible thing to do, just be upfront instead of making people waste there time and money.

Clean budget room, oddly designed facilities, no frills

Staff were great, breakfast was decent, halal chicken sausages were great although not the coffee, bed was comfy enough, room even had an iron and board. Everything clean, budget, and serviceable. We were able to book 2 rooms and check in promptly at 2am which was a relief after the holiday inn express screwed us over in the middle of the night by having given our rooms away without notification.

The room is very compact, and the main letdown is the toilet, which can only be described as a cupboard. I hit my head on the grab rail as I tried to get up. It really has no room to manouver, plus the sink and shower are outside the toliet in the main room. It also has no extractor fan that I recall.

Strange place, strange feeling....

It has A/C and fridge. I got breakfast, I don't remember, I didn't pay attention is it included in price ( I don't eat breakfast normally) . They did not take damage deposit. To see the city you can park in nearby shopping center for 3h free and walk 15min to the center. Nothing with hotel but if you come with non UK car as I did you MUST go to city council ( twice!!) to register because the hotel is in LEZ zone! Do not listen staff telling you that it is not necessary. Fine is 110gbp! Hotel did not answer my question prior arriving. Parking is very well lighted all night. Hygiene in breakfast room is not satisfying.

Odd/strange atmosphere in/around hotel. You have to pay immediately when you enter the place , even before you see the room - I guess with a reason! Very bad smell from bathroom drain. it seems some workers live there, very odd "guests". My partner had emergency leave so I was alone, I'm not sure I would stay there alone again. The receptionist/manager took my toasted bread with his fingers and gave it to me! I was shocked, but scared to say anything, strange atmosphere. They are all in completely black men and woman like in some bad movie. I also asked to stay i more night ( waited for my partner from an emergency return) but they said - no, we are full!?!? And very big place ( former Ibis i think) was almost empty. I checked tomorrow on Booking one day was locked, tomorrow booking was open again. I just moved one night to other place to wait form my partner's return.

Homeless

Rooms clean and fit for purpose

This is a hotel for the homeless. There are lots of dodgy characters hanging around and inside the hotel. When passing level 1 to go to our room, the smell of cannabis would have knocked you out! Obviously, people are smoking in their rooms. This is a fire risk, and obviously, this stinks the hotel out.

I had three rooms booked when i reached receptrion they said only two are booked for me even i showed them my booking any how aftre some argument they gave me three rooms ,also In room 229 the toilet door hing was so loud and noisy, and no shower gel in shower

We was sworn at robbed and didn’t spend a minute in bed from fear

Location as previously know as ibis now it’s more council occupied Cambridge hotel there was wide drug use and alcohol in plane sight

The staff member insulted us over and over very rudely we are currently looking at putting in a complaint but no one out of 3 staff members would give up his name he used faullanguage and we will never go there again

Good sized fridge in room along with usual tea and coffee facilities, iron and board, hairdryer, comfortable bed, good breakfast with cereals, fruit, scrambled eggs, beans, sausages, toast, jam, coffee, tea, fruit juice, very friendly and helpful staff, not in centre but only 10-15 minute walk into city centre, worth it for the difference in cost, free parking, big Tesco within 5 minutes
