Family party, so the location was ideal. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and of a high standard. The breakfast facilities were clean, tidy and the food was well prepared.

Did not eat at the hotel, but restaurant looked popular. Staff very welcoming. Bedroom spotlessly clean and well equipped.
Reception area a little dated, but rest of accommodation was spotless and my room (basic
Rate) had an iron, ironing board and hairdryer, in addition to kettle, tea and coffee

The staff are always friendly. There are comfy chairs in the bar area. Plenty of car parking.
The room (152) needed a good deep clean. The price of a glass of wine is top heavy. Chairs in some areas need cleaning or replacing they are showing signs of wear and/or dirt. On arrival it was raining and the entrance was packed with wedding guests smoking, there should be a sign saying please do not smoke in the entrance and a smoking shelter provided. There was also the smell of smoking on the corridors.
