Naz made it perfect.
Convenient for motorway access, plenty of parking close to the hotel and efficient check-in. The room was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and there was a nice view of hills around Bradford. The lounge was OK; the seating was a bit cramped. The manager, Naz, is lovely and very helpful. She is always available to the residents and will always find a solution to any question.

Nice hotel and would stay again but few issues with room
It was very clean and the staff were great
Our room had very poor lighting the lamps did not work only the doorway light and the radiator was extremely noisy the bed was not a double as we had booked but 2 beds put together so you could feel the middle which made for an uncomfortable sleep

Nice hotel, Very rowdy all night
Nice reception area
Large groups on teenagers who apparently take up to 70 rooms every month or so. WARNING they had room parties from 1-3:50 a.m., which the night porter struggled to quell. The hotel mixes this group among normal guests room. Long journey following day, so not best pleased

The niggles were small, overall a comfortable hotel, good value for the money and lovely staff
Staff were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, nice restaurants, good selection at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, good size room.
Having to pay extra for parking on the hotel premises. Toilet flush was temperamental, sink plug broke. And a pet hate at a growing number of hotels , cold plates at a breakfast buffet.
