There was no heating in our rooms at any time during our stay. Staff provided heaters and extra bedding when asked but the rooms were freezing

Room and general service were fine.
No available choice of granary/wholemeal bread (or brown rolls) for breakfast.
Just croissants, pastries, or white sliced bread.

The room was great, we were upgraded following a misunderstanding but the staff were very helpful and they made sure we were comfortable. Really enjoyed my time there just hope that the lift is fixed by the time I visit again
