I have stayed at the hotel countless times and cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms, staff friendliness and food served. Although this still applies I was disappointed that the toilet flush was not working. I reported it to reception who came to check it and it worked first time (some kind of secret turn of the hand?)
It did not work for me however and I stood there for minutes tring to flush and reported it again! Room 306. Hope its working now!

Staff were attentive and helpful, everything worked as it should and all food served was of a great standard especially the fish and chips! Thank you
