Great service all round.

Great service all round. They cleaned my room and topped up daily. Breakfast was good and friendly service. Check in and out was simple and staff was welcoming. No problems with parking. Quiet location with a Tesco, premier, couple of take-out shops near by.

Wardrobe area was dark. It would be good to have a little spot light installed here and a coat hook behind the door would have been great.

What an amazing 2 night stay!

I have stayed in many hotels and this one comes on top. Both the lovely reception staff and the breakfast waiter were welcomimg, friendly and helfpful. As a solo traveler they made this journey comfortable and put me at ease. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, lovely facilities and plenty of car parking. Having an onsite car charger was amazing and with the hotel an easy 20min walk to the bulls stadium for a conference, i will log this hotel as a favourite and 100% stay again.

Kept getting texts from different people claiming to be part of the hotel asking to click link to pay, when I had already paid through booking.con. This may not have been from them but 2seperate organisations sent these links claiming to be best western

Nice stay for 3 days exploring the Bradford area

The room and bathroom were both clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower efficient. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our own fault for not checking, but we'd have preferred to be in a nicer area (not so industrial), and walking distance to the city centre.

We were in room 38. Just as we were going to bed at approx 10.45, a loud noise from outside started. It sounded like a faulty extractor fan with the blade hitting the casing? It was impossible to sleep. The noise finally ceased approx 12.15am. We mentioned it on checking out and we also informed yourselves in a previous survey without having had any response or explanation.

Good hotel, excellent staff, extremely poor food

Good parking, friendly helpful staff, ease of check in and out.

Restaurant meal, Burger and chips served on a wooden board. Burger only warm when served and after one minute cold due to wooden board absorbing the heat. Chips served in a small wire basket and again within a minute cold. Small burger and a few chips not worth £15.

The mattress was lumpy and not comfortable The room was dusty and the carpet was dirty aswell It was very late night and my husband complained and they said there are no extra rooms

Really friendly hotel

The hotel was really clean and well presented. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. We were amazed at the team work that was evident between the staff. Breakfast was lovely as was the evening meal we had. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that let the hotel was the bed. We found it much to hard and we woke up with back ache every morning

Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent fresh cooked breakfast - so much better than buffet breakfasts from some larger hotel chains. Useful to have EV charge point available. Food was very good (evening meal) and bar very reasonable.

There was a smell in the wardrobe of the bedroom which suggested there may have been a fire at some point. A slightly larger desk in the room would have been helpful for working at the laptop. Otherwise great.

An excellent all-round hotel. The quality of staff and the food were particularly impressive.

All the staff we met were excellent, very friendly and hardworking. Particularly efficient reception. Really good breakfast and good ambience throughout the hotel.

Limited facilities in room - only one soap dispenser (conditioner etc?), no iron etc. Very clean but decor a little tired in places.

Staff interaction was great from being booked in to using bar. Clean room, no issues, was nice to be able to open room windows for fresh air. Give permission to leave the vehicle parked at hotel after we had checked out.

Location is on an industrial site however this is certainly not a deal breaker Everything else was great

A good base for a few days in the area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room fine and bathroom well-fitted. Limited parking outside but plenty within 50 metres. Breakfast very good.

Apart from one evening during our stay when the restaurant was closed for a private function, on other nights hardly anyone used the restaurant. The food was good on the two occasions we had dinner in the restaurant, but the menu was rather limited.

Reasonably priced hotel in Low Moor area of Bradford

Comfortable bed, clean room, nice bathroom. Bar area was good and nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced.

Not a particularly nice area of Bradford and hotel is next to a factory. Car park area is across road next to industrial estate.

Overnight wedding reception stay.

I stayed at the hotel for a wedding reception. Whilst the parking on actual hotel grounds is very limited, they told me that there was a large carpark just over the road (easy to see on Google maps). All the staff were great especially Roshan who made everyone feel very welcome & comfortable. Room was clean and comfy, it got a little warm in the night but opening the windows sorted that out. The bar was very reasonably priced indeed, & the beer (Shipyard IPA) was good. Breakfast was nice & served up pretty quickly by a friendly chatty lady. Overall, a very nice stay.

Only one thing, the key cards were sometimes faulty. I had to change mine once, a friend had to do it a couple of times.
