Friendly and welcoming and comfy bed
Breakfast very good, room was very nice and easy to access having limited mobility. Bed was very comfortable too. Staff super friendly and we are looking forward to our next stay. Would highly recommend!

Exactly what I need, and I will be back.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, and allocate my elderly Dad a room accessed by as few stairs as possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a free car-park at the back with security cameras. Breakfast includes a self-service fruit and cereal counter, unlimited tea and coffee, and then a choice of hot food cooked to order. Dietary requirements such as vegetarian and gluten-free are understood and catered for. My favourite hotel when travelling in this area.
Be aware that this hotel is in Shipley, not Bradford!

Pleasant and adequate apart from building noise.
Staff were friendly, room was clean and adequate and breakfast and service was good.
During our stay there was noisy building work/room renovation that we were not informed of when booking or on arrival at the hotel. We should have been informed of this work at both booking and arrival purely out of courtesy to us.

Great hotel with friendly staff
Friendly staff, great size room, comfy bed and very good shower. Had the veggie breakfast and it was delicious.
The room was very, very hot! We had the radiators off and the window open while we were in the room but had to close it when we went out.

Excellent stay and good value
Free parking right outside,good location quiet, clean, bed comfortable, good shower, towels and toiletries, nice biscuits coffee in room. Good breakfast included in already good price. The staff were so friendly and helpful ( leant me a phone charger)
