Busfeild Arms

Friendly staff, large comfortable room, great food and beer.

WiFi was intermittent. Earliest breakfast is 8.30.

We were surprised how nice and big the room is. The staff are nice and we didn’t have any issues with the property.

There’s a smell of dog when you go in near the entrance but the rooms smell nice.I think I must have misunderstood re: breakfast but you have to tell them what time you want your choice of breakfast to be served.

Lovely staff, really big room, good breakfast, great shower.

Only instant coffee at breakfast. Food was ok, not great.

No staff members on premises during the night if you want to leave early or arrive late you have to let yourself out or in via the fire escape. Also Breakfast was virtually non existent . We Missed two of the three days breakfasts as they were far too late for us as we wanted to set of reasonably early as breakfast was served from 9 o’clock and 9.30 . A member of staff knocked on our door and asked why we didn't order breakfast my wife said that they are to late for us, the staff member just said OK and left didn't offer an earlier breakfast. As the staff don't turn up for work until later on. I have contacted Busfeild Arms since we returned home via email with my concerns about the Breakfast or lack of it should I say and they haven't even got the common decency to reply to my email. . As I said very expensive for what you actually get.
