Great decor. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location. Had a great nights sleep
The bathroom door didn’t quite close properly and the toilet flush was very loud.

It’s very quirky, marmite would be a good term. If you want a bath in the middle of the room and are ok with a loo with no door as part of your room it’s a beautifully decorated paradise with loads of charm
Our adult kids found it spooky, many stairs up to the rooms which we were ok with but some may not like. There’s no one on site. It’s more “Rooms” than a hotel, all admin remote, no hotel type facilities

the room was large, the bed incredibly comfortable and it was all excellent
I couldn't use the electric sockets by the bed because the bed was in the way and too heavy to move. This is a very very small complaint.

Very handy for train station and centre of town. Good curtains blocking out all light.
Fridge in room for milk would have been good
