Excellent location, easy to access property, room was comfortable, would stay again.
Could have done with a TV in the room, but all other facilities were good.

The room was excellent but we had trouble accessing it due to recent changes in the payment system. However, the staff member who helped us on the phone was friendly and clear. The wine bar underneath has recently closed which threw us as we were not sure if the rooms were also no longer available.
Clarity around why the bar underneath was no longer operational and an easier payment system.

Location
3rd floor very small attic room with very low ceiling photos suggest much larger room. Chipped glasses, dirty drawers, dusty, unstable creaky chair, smell of damp as ceiling paint comming off & unfresh bedlinen. Overall needs attention as looking tired.

"Really helpful staff who kindly facilitated an early check-in so that we could change prior to a wedding and then allowed us to store the bags the next day whilst we explored the town."
