Actually, it was difficult to spot the exact location of the apartments. I'd suggest the owners to provide more details for the future clients how to reach and how to spot the apartments. Next, to reach the reception one has to take stairs which I don't remember was mentioned in the description. I had a few luggage bags and two small children with the big trolley, and it would be extremely helpful if this information was provided as well in advance. Another really unpleasant situation was the timing. Check in was till 23.00 according to the description of the apartment on booking.com. we arrived quite late and I notified the owners our late arrival time which was within the working hours of the reception. My last message was that we'd be reaching the apartment around 20.00 and unfortunately we couldn't make it. So we arrived between 22.00-22.30 which was still within the allowed time slot. When we arrived, firstly the front door was open and there was no information about how to reach the owners. Yes, there is a phone number available in the description but what if one doesn't have a local phone number? I had no local sim card nor internet connection. Thankfully to passers by I could call the owners to inform about our arrival. Another thing was that at the time of booking it was mentioned that breakfast was available. However, it wasn't. I addressed this question to the owner and the explanation was due to COVID -19 this option was removed. Apparently, it was not removed from the advertisement. Lastly, the bed was terrible. It was making noises. It felt uncomfortable to sleep. I'm writing all these not just to complain but for the owners to take some actions. For example, be clear on what you provide and what you don't. Leave information for travellers who might not have a local Sim card or whose phone might not be working. If you say check in is open till 23.30 then please stay on duty.

Apartment is not clean enough, some electricity sockets are not working properly, shower is full od dirt and it seems broken at the bottom. under the sink we have found dirty tissues. dissapointed

Outdated furniture, old towels. Communication with owner wasn't proper . I didn't know who is handling all processes. One person welcomed me, had one deal , tomorrow cleaning lady is stopping me wasting my time with nonsense,3rd person is picking up phone ,whole communication wasn't handled good by property.Didnt like communication at all

While checking in, the staff took our ID cards and demanded to hold it while we stay, even we told them we are going out for a tour in the city. After that, we have accidentaly broke the glass in the apartment and owner charged us 70 euros without giving us the recieve. The glass was not so expensive. Even tho' the apartmant had jacuzzi, there was a sign above it that it is not recomended to use it because of chance of electric impact, with no further detailed instructions.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and small. The overall apartment was small for 4 people. The bathroom was small and the bath was overflowing.

Violette is very polite and was really hepful with our needs! Appartment is in good location, 5 mins walking from the closest bus station to go to city centre. Enjoyed our stay there and for sure we will come again soon!

It was cold inside. So poor furniture The electricity in some plugs wasn't working. The photos have very good looking rooms and furniture but our room was so different.
