Perfect choice for short- stay.

Nicely decorated and very clean studio in the heart of Belgrade. The area is peaceful and safe. Very easy to go sightseeing. Around the restaurant and in very close distance are many grocery stores, cafeterias, bars and restaurants. The staff really polite and helpful. Perfect choice for a short-stay.

Some lack of amenities as for example an elevator and a proper small kitchenette especially for those who want to stay long period but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Very good place to stay and feel the Beograd's atmosphere.

Very modern and cosy apartment. It is in the heart of the old Beograd and very close to the park with the fortress (Kalemegdan). It has a parking lot reserved in the parking which is 5 min. walk away from the place. It has plenty of restaurants nearby, bakeries and museums.

The only drawback is that you need to find a place where to stop nearby the apartment in order to take the parking card and drop your luggage, which can be challenging.

Location, and looks of the appartement. Good airconditioning

-Very noisy, can hear the neighbours on the toilet. -Shower wasnt working, water was too hot or too cold and only fixed at day 5 after a lot of back and forth talks with the manager. -Bedroom TV browser full of porn, most visited and history. Very unappeasable to see each time you turn on the tv. -Found some dirty underpants in the badroom -No reception or anything. No physical interaction with manager Ps no compensation was given to us for all listed failures.

Excellent location

We had a great stay! The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The included parking was a huge plus. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and just a short walk from the main pedestrian street, Knez Mihailova. It was also easy to find and access. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, which we enjoyed in the morning. Everything was well-prepared. Totally recommend this place and definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The parking location was about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, but given the very central location, that’s completely understandable — and honestly, it didn’t bother us at all.

THE MOST COMFORTABLE LARGE BED & PILLOWS take the award!! We had the most wonderful sleep. Central, but away from crowds Easy walk to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and all the designer shops Secure building Wifi fast and doesn't cut out Small but serenely quiet rooms, away from road Modern neutral design Lovely little restaurant directly across the road, cheaper than those 100mtrs closer to touristy area, but these were amazing too. Pasta here is nicer than the pizza! Air conditioning is simply amazing Lovely clean bathroom, water hot, shower a bit tight if you're bigger. Love the complimentary shampoo/soap kit! I love that there is absolutely NO SMELL haha Free coffee, drinks and nibbles are a lovely touch. Remember to check the room around the corner for these extras We asked to drop our luggage in early, but ended up getting the room at 10.30 am! Perfectionnnn! All in all, highly recommend

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay! The room was spotless, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always available to answer our questions and offer recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything you need is in a walking distance. There is also a free parking provided in short distance from the apartment.

Good Value and Location in Belgrade

The apartment is in a fantastic location. You are a few minutes walk away from the main square, national museum, theater, pedestrian street, etc. Yet, the apartment is on a quieter, one-way street without much traffic - and no bars or clubs that play loud music nearby. The main fort is about 10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The host manages 4 apartments that are together on the same floor. The host messages you the entrance codes (for the outside door and for your apartment) and the WiFi password the morning of your check-in. The host is very responsive on WhatsApp. He provided extra clean towels, toilet paper, took the trash out, etc. upon request. The apartment itself is good. Very spacious compared to a hotel room. The bed and couch are comfortable. The A/C or heater works fine in the bedroom and living room. All the windows have blackout shades. Light can go through the entrance door, but you can turn the light off for the entrance hallway. (As long as another guest in a different apartment doesn't turn it back on.)

The apartment is one floor above the entrance. You will need to carry all your suitcases up a flight of stairs since there is no lift. The Wifi is usually fine but not the most stable. Sometimes, it stops working for 5 minutes. It can also slow down in the afternoon / evening. The water temperature is not stable. In the shower, the temperature often oscillates between too hot and too cold. I had to constantly move the knob and jump into the water as the temperature transitions. The shower water pressure is okay, but not great. There is a cafe nearby where people like to sit down and smoke. If you open the window, you may smell cigarette smoke. Also, you will walk by it every time you leave the apartment - but this is probably common in Belgrade. The apartment has a (very) basic kitchenette - you can heat things up in a small pot or frying pan, and that's about it. (Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.)

Great Apartment in the heart of Belgrade!

Location couldnt be better, also the apartment was super clean and luxurius. Parking is not at the same place but its just 5 min walk so no prob at all. We enjoyed every moment! The hospitality of the owner and the superfast response to everything was excelent ! good job.

We stayed only one night to explore Belgrade a bit, and this apartment was perfect. It was in a great location and clean, and we communicated well with the host. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay directly in the central part of Belgrade.

It was hard to contact with owner. We needed to pay for lodging and sent message to owner that we will pay by card two times before check-in. Owner said will visit us at 10:00pm so we came back to accommodation but he didn’t come without any information. I sent message at 11:00 pm and he replied that he will come next day. Parking lot Parking lot is located in other places not in front of accommodation. (It wasn’t problem because it took only 6~8 minute by walk) However, we had to take card for parking lot from accommodation and return back to accommodation. It means we had to go to parking lot and took the car and came back to accommodation and left card in the accommodation. It was uncomfortable and owner sent this information later.
