The room itself was very clean, the beds were clean. I was offered extra towels if I needed them. The room also had an electric teapot, which is always nice. There was no lack of any basic items, such as soap. I have stayed in multiple hotels in Belgrade, but this is among the cleanest ones. Everything is good quality about the room itself.
But what I like more about this hotel is the service of the hosts. The room that I was staying in was on the third floor. And Mr. Damir helped me to carry up my stuff onto the third floor. Then when I fell down the stairs and injured my leg, I was placed in a room on the first floor, and I was helped to carry my stuff onto the first floor. My Serbian friends at the hotel brought me crutches to use, ice to cool my leg, and always they were checking on me, asking if I was okay. They helped me when I was injured and disabled, I could not walk. This is what I really like, the humane kindness, treating me as a person who deserves some care.

The location of this hotel had me in awe. It is close to everything, main street is only 2min walk. The staff is really polite and gave good recommendations! It is clean and even has parking which is uncommon for city center. Great value for money!
I like everything, this is my third stay in Central Park!
