We’re willing to choose there once again if we have a chance to visit there in summer.

It provides three rooms with 5 beds .which is suitable for a whole family’s trip.namely it is terrific to us.besides The landlord is friendly and hospitable to us and be patient to answer our questions.

We felt a bit cold when stayed in the hall.as air conditioners are installed at each living rooms.it will be much better to install the heater under such weather

EVERYTHING, location location location. The host greeted us, helped us with parking situation and met us at the check out as well. Lot's of space, and plenty of beds with nice towels.

This apartment was 10/10 in every possible aspect. Spacious, clean, fully equipped. Great location - easy to walk anywhere including the city center.

Parking might be a bit difficult, but there is a parking garage right next to the apartment with a reasonable price for a daily ticket.

Superb

Great location, at a walking distance to the city centre. Spacious rooms and very well equipped. The owner really helped us out with everything we needed..

The only downside, for me, was that the curtains in the rooms weren't blocking the morning light .

Very good

The location was perfect, 10 minutes away from the center. It is also a very big apartment, 3 bedrooms, perfect for a family. Everything was clean and the host was great, and there was no noise.

I didn't like that the place was cold when we just arrived. We had to wait for the air conditioning to heat up the place for 2-3 hours, and after that we didn't turn it off even if we were out the whole day just to keep it warm and nice. Once it warmed up it was great. I would also suggest to put some smaller carpets in the bathroom since the floors everywhere are cold, or just bring your own slippers. It is not a big deal but there is not much daylight in the apartment since a big part of it is in the hall of the building.

Exceptional

This is the first time I’ve given anything a 10 on booking.com, but it is completely deserved. The apartment is so nice and Ivan is so helpful and friendly, so it made my first time staying in Serbia very welcoming. I travelled with 5 other friends and I know they all felt the same. The apartment itself is very nice, with plenty of room for all 6 of us. The bathroom had all the facilities we needed, with a good boiler, hairdryer and washing machine. The kitchen also had everything we needed. The heating/air conditioning also worked perfectly. It was only a few minutes walk to the main square and street, which was great. We were also just opposite a 24h small supermarket and a Trolleybus stop - both of which were very convenient! We didn’t need to contact Ivan for anything during our stay, but the communications with him, the help arranging an airport transfer and his advice on places to see in Belgrade really made us feel comfortable and welcome, in a country that could have been so new and unfamiliar to us!

This isn’t a major issue and cannot really be helped, as the property is already well soundproofed, but there is some noise coming through in the front rooms and the curtains let light in. I was completely fine with an eyemask and earplugs though, but recommend bringing some. My other travel companions are heavier sleepers and were fine.

Super accomodatie in hartje Belgrado

Super appartement in het centrum met terrasjes beneden waar je heerlijk kan ontbijten, drinken en eten. Perfecte locatie voor uitstapjes. Taxi's en bussen aan de overkant. Appartement heel schoon, airco in alle kamers. Super host ! Thanks Ivan.
