Broken bed, broken wardrobe in the bedroom, broken armchair, broken glass left in the cupboard — and incredibly dirty! This apartment does not meet even the minimum cleanliness standards. Dirty towels and bathroom with constant sewage/toilet smell. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we left after the first night.

Really clean, beautiful apartment then the view let you to forget that you’re in Serbia ! And the most important the guy who is managing is really competent I was disturbing him at almost 23 h he was calling me immediately and with video showing me the instructions ! Really top professional bravo. Sometimes even in hotels 5 stars you don’t receive that treatment 😅

Just some small equipments are missing « like coffee capsules or blankets for the living room but nothing really important ! » the professionalism and the view and the location let you to forget about everything then the guy told me that they will make a refresh to the flat so I will be really glad to book it again when everything will be new again. And the small one thing - but it has nothing to do with the flat is that the neighborhoods can be impolite and making noise till 4 am.

Cleanliness. Bedroom door and wall were dirty from previous guests. Pretzels and chips found under the sofa bed and on the kitchen floor. Dirty cups in the cupboard. Shower head was broke. No instructions provided, which left us without internet and TV. Wardrobe untidy, sheets thrown, not ironed.

Breathtaking

The apartment was honestly amazing—really spacious, beautifully set up, and spotless. The view was incredible; every time we walked past the big windows or stepped out onto the balcony, we just had to stop and take it in. Everything inside felt high-quality and comfortable, and you could tell the place is really well cared for. It had this calm, luxurious vibe that made it super easy to relax and enjoy the stay. This is simply a flat in one of the new buildings at the Waterfront. The place is clean, all basics are provided, the space is sufficient and the location is convenient. A small supermarket is nextdoors.

We spent several minutes looking for our parking spot, the instructions could have been more explicit. Then we spent several minutes looking for the elevator, did not find it and took the stairs. The instructions for the elevator would have been welcome. The guards didn't want to let the car in at first and did not not speak English, which was unnerving. The air conditioning unit kept switching off at random times displaying an error, trying to restart it at 3 am and failing was most annoying; switching on more than one room's air conditioning at once invariably led to a system's failure. There were mosquitos and the place did not have a fumigator, which is a nuisance. The "WiFi" is a share of mobile internet, the appartment apparently has proper wired internet but the owners did not share that. Overall I would say you are not getting your money's worth here.

Great location and view. Communication with the host was good. Apartament was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There is a construction site on the other side of the road, but the windows are good, and there is no noise in the apartment. Private underground parking. Supermarket and restaurants 1 minute away. Good price.

There was no furniture on the balcony. No coffee machine, just a water boiler. Bedrooms have no reading lights. Not big problems, but it would have been nice to have.

Great location, but the apartment was filthy. The elevator smelled like sewage, and the place clearly hadn’t been cleaned — dirty sheets, urine stains in the toilet, and dead flies on dusty windowsills. We contacted the host, who promised to send cleaners, but no one showed up. After that, they ignored our messages. Totally unacceptable for a paid stay.

Be careful — you might end up in completely different apartments! We traveled with a small child and followed the check-in instructions. However, the apartment was in poor condition. The owners did not respond to our request to change to a clean apartment for over 10 hours. We eventually found a new hotel and moved out. The strong smells made it very difficult for the child to sleep. After the owners found out we had left, instead of refunding us, they charged an additional 600 euros to my card. I sincerely hope that Booking.com will take appropriate action.

The basic facilities are all there. The communication with staff is good. Downstairs has playground and restaurants. Feels safe.

Would increase the level of satisfaction if better quality shampoo and soap are provided. There is a smell in one of the rooms at the beginning. Maybe need more ventilation.

Nice apartments but underground parking may be a problem.

We stayed in apartment B-904, a spacious one-room apartment in a new residential complex. The building is so new that the plywood is still on the elevators, and many apartments are still under construction. Despite this, the apartment was very quiet due to excellent sound insulation. It features a spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard, Kula, and the Gallery shopping center. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, vertical clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and plenty of dishes. A parking space is provided, though there are some issues, which I will discuss below. The representative from the management company was polite and made an effort to address all our problems and answer our questions.

Check-out is at 10 am and check-in is at 4 pm, giving six hours for cleaning. However, when we arrived, the apartment was dirty: the kitchen panels were filthy, some walls had stains, and the windows and balcony were unclean. This issue was quickly resolved as we arranged for a cleaner to come the next day. We also found stones in the washing machine, along with someone else’s socks and underwear, which was unpleasant. The host explained that there had been a Rammstein concert, making it difficult to clean thoroughly (which is understandable, but advance planning for high guest volumes could have prevented this). The most frustrating issue was the parking situation. We were assigned parking spot 212, but when we arrived, another car was already parked there. The host informed us that the car had been there for a week. Why continue assigning this spot to guests? We were given a different spot, but the next day, a note was left on our car asking us to move as it was someone else’s spot. This started a chain of moving from one spot to another, causing unnecessary stress and worry about the car. I was most disappointed that I had to spend time-solving these problems instead of enjoying my time in Belgrade. One more thing. It was highlighted somewhere in the description (I cannot find but pretty sure it was), room B-904 has a 140cm bed which is good for one but not for two :) Keep it in mind.

Simply superb suite

Modern and clean, in a very new building, furnished in quality, with all the amenities for a long and comfortable stay (we stayed just overnight). Central urban location, with great access to the heart of the city, and a huge shopping mall across the street make it well worth the price. The staff is great and welcoming, we had excellent communication. Certainly would return again, if I have the chance.

Nothing that wasn't announced well ahead. Have in mind that, apart from the essential toiletries (clean towels, hand soap, TP, a big bottle of shampoo) most everything else is BYO. Feels like just a couple of details are missing, like a separate soap/wash dispenser in the shower, or a few complimentary bags of instant coffee or tea, and that having them provided could go a long way. No ill feelings about it, though.
