Just WOW

That was THE best property in Serbia that we stayed. It was spotless clean, newly and very well designed. The host guided us for the check in which was simple. The apartment is in a great location in the center. There is a parking lot right near the house. price is 2000 per day. There is an elevator which is priceless at this location. It's quiet and has a washing machine. We so much enjoyed this stay, it was one of the best experiences in Serbia.

Could use a clothes rack after washing but the closet thing in the bedroom was really useful for that.

Great Location, apartment clean and decent, entry to the apartment could be better.

The apartment itself has everything you need. It is nicely decorated and quiet. There are two bedrooms on the small size but because there are two, you don't feel crowded. The bathroom is a decent size and so is the shower. We were there 2-3 days so it was ok for that length of stay. The location is very good with a short distance to the main pedestrian street. Vladimir, the host, although we never met him was fast to respond with any issues or questions we had. It was also very helpful that he sent us the directions to enter the apartment ahead of time.

I did not like the entrance. Beware, there is no direct street entrance to the apartment. You have to enter a driveway and go behind another building to get to the door that leads to the apartment. Entrance is awful. Also, the elevator is very small and you need to go up a few steps before you can access it. Sometimes the elevator would not work because someone would not close the door on the floors below. This apartment is on the 5th Floor (5 floors up). And lastly, not much of a view out the windows.

Superb apartment, great location.

Perfect location to explore Belgrade, close to shops and restaurants. The owner had excellent communication before our arrival and checked in periodically trough our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped with separate aircon in each room providing the perfect comfort for everyone. The Mamine Palačinke opposite the building is the best European style pancake I ever had, and trust me I don’t make this statement lightly as my grandma used to make the best ones 🙂 So if you are staying here I highly recommend to try it. A small suggestion for the owner: the washing machine is a great thing to have for those with limited baggage capacity , a cloth dryer rack would be handy to dry the laundry.

This place is perfect. Nicely decorated (looks even better than photos show!). Very clean. And the host is super pleasant to deal with (easy communication and very flexible). This is our favorite place in Belgrade now.

Perfect Location, right across the street from Knez Mihaila street. Only five minutes walk to Kalemegdan or Skadarlija. The apartment was very clean and is very well equipped. The host is super nice and was very accommodating regarding the check in or check out time. We will definitely be back again!

L'appartamento è molto bello. Ristrutturazione molto elegante e raffinata. Letti comodissimi.Televisione in ogni stanza. Posizione comodissima per il centro, a due passi dalla zona pedonale piena di ristorantini. Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento a poca distanza

l'accesso allo stabile tramite piccola galleria è poco invitante, l'androne del palazzo è maleodorante e fatiscente come pure l'ascensore però queste prime impressioni piuttosto negative sono dissipate dell'accoglienza e bellezza dell'appartamento

Daire gerçekten harikaydı. Her şey çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Konforlu bir konaklama için ihtiyaç duyulan her şey düşünülmüş sanki kendi evimizdeymişiz gibiydi. Konumu mükemmel ve merkeze çok yakın. Market, fırın ve restorantlar çok yakındı. Otobüs ve tren duraklarına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ev sahibi Vladimir çok ilgiliydi. Sorduğumuz sorulara hızlı bir şekilde cevap verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Kendim ve ailem adına her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Sırbistan'a tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle burayı tercih ederiz. Hem dinlenmek hem şehri gezmek için çok ideal bir yer. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Bellissimo e comodo appartamento nel cuore di Belgrado

L'appartamento è bellissimo, ancora meglio di come appare nelle fotografie!! Pulitissimo e ristrutturato con gusto e cura, ha arredi nuovissimi, letti molto comodi, asciugamani soffici e biancheria immacolata. La posizione è favolosa, in pieno centro, a pochi metri dalla zona pedonale e con un comodissimo parcheggio multipiano di fianco all'edificio, che abbiamo utilizzato per parcheggiare la nostra auto. Abbiamo trascorso qui due notti ma è perfetto anche per periodi più lunghi perché non manca proprio nulla. Comodo anche il self check in, il proprietario ci ha fornito indicazioni molto accurate ed è stato in contatto per ogni necessità. Splendido soggiorno a Belgrado!

L'edificio non è in buone condizioni, come d'altronde molti a Belgrado, e l'ascensore è vetusto ma la bellezza e la posizione dell'appartamento fanno sì che questo non sia importante

Super gelegen, sehr sauber, immer erreichbare Vermieter, top Erstattung

Sehr sauber und gross (genug für 4 Personen, wir waren aber 3), Betten sehr bequem (wer etwas härter mag), alles was man braucht - es ist da! Und noch so zentral gelegen.

Der Lift in der Gebäude ist sehr alt und klein und die Gebäude selber ist sehr alt aber das ist nicht so wichtig.

Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji u samom centru grada, iznimno čist, lijep i ugodan. Garaža je odmah pored zgrade, 1500 dinara dan. Vlasnik je jako susretljiv i ljubazan. Nemamo niti jednu zamjerku.

Один из лучших вариантов для вашего путешествия в Белград

Замечательные апартаменты в центре Белграда. Очень удачное расположение - рядом все достопримечательности, есть магазины, кафе. Супер дружелюбный хозяин, встретил, помог донести чемоданы. Рядом с апартаментами платная парковка (в Белграде нет бесплатных) - стоимость около 10 евро за день. В апартаментах все было прекрасно: новая, чистая мебель, постельное белье. На кухне все принадлежности для готовки. В целом, все было просто чудесно, вернулись бы еще.

Очень понравилось, и расположение, и радушные хозяева!

Самое главное - это удобная локация, в самом центре города, всего в 50 метрах от Скадарской улицы и 150 метрах от Площади Республики. Отдельную благодарность я хочу выразить владельцам апартаментов: они достали карту центра города и 45 минут рассказывали что посмотреть, где хорошие рестораны, где магазины и кафе, где обменники с хорошим курсом, что посмотреть в городе. Апартаменты большие, семья из 5 человек расположилась комфортно, места хватило всем.

Ev her bakimdan muhtegemdi. Her türlü olanak vardi ve inanilmaz bir lokasyondaydi. Tam da ismine yakisir bir gekilde Belgrad'in kalbinde yer aliyordu. Neredeyse ziyaret edilebilecek her noktaya yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ev sahibi Vladimir, gok yardimsever bir insandi ve sürekli bir eksigimiz olup olmadigini soruyordu. Bize her konuda gok yardime oldu. 4-5 kisi gok rahat konaklayabilir. Evin fiyat/fayda dengesi de inanilmaz. Bir sonraki seyahatimde gozu kapali bu evi tercih edebilirim. Belgrad a gidecek herkese de siddetle tavsiye ediyorum.
