3 yatak odasından birisinin yatağı oldukça rahatsız her ne kadar konaklama sırasında tesis yetkilisi usta göndermeyi teklif etsede 3 günlük tatilimizi evde usta bekleyerek geçirmek istemedik. Son 2 gün su ısıtıcı çalışmadığı için duş alamadık evde sıcak su yoktu. Yetişkinler soğuk su ile idare etti ama çocukla zor oldu. Yan dairelerin birinde sürekli havlayan bir köpek var . Ev sahibi ilgili gibi görünmekle birlikte bagajımızı geç almak ya da geç check out gibi konularda kuralları esnetmiyor. 1 saat geç check out a müsade etti ama biz sabah zaten saat 1 saat sıcak su ile uğraştık usta geldi ve tamir olmadı, ev sahibi kendi kurallarını esnetmiyor fakat evde bir sorun çıktığında çok özür dileyerek devam ediyor. Bize sıcak su olmadığı için biraz daha müsade edebilirdi ama yeni müşterilere yetişmeyi seçti.

Öncelikle ev çok merkezi bir konumda.yemek, alış veriş kafeler gibi gitmek istediğimiz yerlere, otobüs durağına çok yakın. Ev içinde ise her detay en ünce ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Karşılama için su ve soda, atıştırmalıklar, Temizlik herşeyi ile çok güzeldi. O güzel masa dizaynı, yatak örtüleri, dekorasyonu ile çok rahat ettik.

Bina eski olsa da ev mükemmel tadilattan geçmişti.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment was exactly like the photos spotless, beautifully designed, and smelled amazing. Walking in to soft music and such a warm atmosphere instantly made us feel comfortable. Every room was prepared with so much care and love. You can really tell that even the smallest details were thoughtfully considered. The apartment had everything we needed — an iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Nothing was missing. Dmitry was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, always responding quickly and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location is perfect central, safe, and very convenient. The guide they prepared was extremely useful, and the welcome basket with small gifts was such a lovely and thoughtful surprise. Everything about this stay was perfect. We would recommend this apartment to everyone without hesitation, and if we ever visit Belgrade again, we would definitely stay here again!
