BW Dolce Residenza

The location is one of the best things about this apartment. Belgrade Waterfront is a modern area with plenty of greenery, parks and beautiful walking areas along the river, with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. The old city centre and Kalemegdan are also within easy reach, and the location makes it very easy to access practically any part of Belgrade. For location, this is an easy 10/10.

The main area that could be improved is the cleanliness and general maintenance of the apartment. It was not particularly dirty, but it did not feel as thoroughly cleaned and maintained as it should be. With a little more attention to cleaning and general maintenance, this could easily be an excellent apartment, especially considering the fantastic location.

Daire ,konumu itibariyle çok iyi bir semtte. Karşında avm den alışveriş yaptım. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. Yanlışlıkla tabak kırdım. Sorun etmedi. Dairede hersey vardı. Etrafıma tavsiye ederim. Düşünmeden kiralayabilirsiniz. Şurası kötü diyeceğim yeri yok. Tekrar gidersem mutlaka burada kalırım. Kapali otoparkı gayet iyi,guvenli.

Location is great,flat is specious

Bads are torn and not comfortable.We were all bitten by bad bugs.Bad sheets were old as well as towels.Not very well equipped.They need new glasses and cups.The balcony is not equipped with chairs (one dirty lazy bag only)
