New luxurious building in BW on the outside, while the interiors condition seems like its older than the building itself
The location is very good, well connected with the rest of the city
Even though the apartment is in a newly built building it looks very worn out and old and not as clean as it is supposed to be. On the balcony there is only one chair, inside there is coffee machine without any coffee pods, no water was left, the ac was barely cooling the space

Great apartment for a short stay
Great apartment on the 14th floor. The bed was very comfortable. It has all the essentials for a short stay. Excellent communication with the host, and the key handover worked perfectly. Due to business reasons, we had to leave a day earlier, and the host refunded us for that night, which was very kind.
There is a coffee machine, but unfortunately, just one coffee pod and no tea bags are provided, which is a bit of a pity.

Best Apartment in Belgrade for Couples
The entire apartment was new and modern. It is on the 14th floor and has an incredible view. No need to worry if you're traveling by car as it has a garage parking spot with security. It is also very close to everything: Belgrade Waterfront, Knez Mihailova, Beton Hala and the Main Bus Station is right across the street. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, as it makes your entire trip comfortable and relaxing 😌
