Disappointment
Good location
This is one of those cases where the photos do not match reality at all. The apartment feels worn out and clearly needs renovation in many areas. Cost-cutting is noticeable everywhere, despite the apartment not being cheap.
There are no proper cooking utensils, and the lack of a dishwasher was disappointing. At first, the host seemed responsive and offered to bring the necessary items, but what was delivered was very cheap, low-quality cookware that became unusable after just one use. There was no dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent provided.
Dust was everywhere, and the bathroom was dirty — we had to clean it ourselves. The shower holder is broken, so you have to hold the shower head with one hand the entire time. The drain had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. Another downside was a gap in the window in the second bedroom, which had once been covered with tape and was never properly fixed.
Even the bedding reflected the overall lack of care: the blankets were clearly too short for a double bed.
I’m giving 3 stars only because of the good location. I would not recommend this apartment.

Great location but you can do better, don’t recommend this place
Very poor, instructions for keys wasn’t clear. We arrived at 5pm, instructions didn’t advise we needed to press 2 at door to call reception to let us in. We spent 40 minutes trying to get in. Instructions didn’t advise that we needed to call reception in fact instructions were clearly stated hotel reception would not be able to give you access. Far from

About this place expect for Location was close to Belgrade waterfront, there were coffee facilities, and this area has no shops close by. Even the super was broken and had to hold shower in your hand to have a shower, even drain was blocked with all the gunk in shower. I have stayed in many places around the world and this is by far the worst experience. I do not recommend this place. I sent messages to the host messages to the host multiple times and no responses, until we checked out and asked how our stay was. Absolutely rubbish place and don’t recommend it

It was not easy to find the flat. Doors numbering was so confusing. There is no privacy at all between the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a glass door in between. Also the property did not have bed sheets.

Novi apartman koji traži doradu
Jednostavna komunikacija s domaćinom i lako preuzimanje ključeva smještaja. Apartman je nov, uredan i opremljen kvalitetnim materijalima, uz generalno dobru razinu čistoće. Mirna zona i pogled na unutarnje dvorište.
Prostorije nisu imale osnovnu opremu navedenu u opisu. Nije bilo perilice rublja, osnovnih kuhinjskih potrepština, kuhinjskih krpa ni papirnatih rola. Nema kante za smeće Ručnika i pribora za jelo bilo je premalo (nedostajale su osnovne stvari poput vilice i noža). Općenito, oprema je vrlo oskudna i potrebno je značajno poboljšanje, posebno kada je riječ o osnovnim stvarima koje se očekuju u apartmanu.

Szybka reakcja właściciela i zaoferowanie nam innego noclegu w hotelu. Niestety niesmak pozostał.
„Apartament” strasznie zaniedbany i brudny. Szczytem były przyklejone od brudu naczynia w szafkach.

Hatte ein Dach
War nicht die Unterkunft welche auf den Bildern ist. Das scheint in Serbien zwar Standard zu sein ist mir jetzt schon öfter passiert.
Aber diesmal war es echt extrem.
War total verdreckt, Haare im Waschbecken, Staub und Haare auf dem Rand vom Bett.
Herd total fettig und voller Flecken.
Dunstabzug völlig schwarz und voller Fusseln, sah aus wie der Bart vom toten Weihnachtsmann
Dusche Halterung für Brause abgebrochen.
Klimaanlage geht nach 5 Sekunden immer wieder von alleine aus, obwohl ich Timer und alles Resetet .hab.
Terrasse voller Müll, unter anderem alte Teppichrolle, aufblasbarer Whirlpool voller alter undefinierbarer Brühe und entsprechendem Geruch.
Beim verlassen des Appartements hatte ich dann auch noch die Türklinke in der Hand.
Hab dann den Vermieter kontaktiert und darum gebeten, eine Reinigungskraft zu schicken und jemand der die Klinke repariert.
Letzteres hat geklappt.
Vermieter hatte dann tatsächlich noch die nerven mich nach dem Gespräch um eine gute Rezession zu bitten ;-)
Wie sich rausstellte war es der selbe bei dem ein Freund am Tag zuvor ein Appartement für mich gebucht hatte.
Als ich da um 0:30 Uhr angekommen bin war allerdings kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox und niemand mehr zu erreichen.
Er war dann auch um keine Ausrede verlegen.
Die Familie die dieses gemietet hatte, wäre einfach zurück gekommen.
Putzkräfte wären alle bei uns in Deutschland und sie hätte nur noch Ghanaer und Syrer.

Am Tag vorher wäre alles so stressig gewesen weil sie ein Familiäres fest gehabt hätten usw.
Witzig war auch das der Code für die Schlüsselbox der selbe war wie bei dem Apartment davor ;-)
Alles in allem können die guten Bewertungen nur auf Betrug basieren, oder darauf das man bei Bewertung von 10 beim nächsten Besuch angeblich 10 % Rabatt bekommt.
Hab auch bisher noch nie ne Bewertung von 9,9 gesehen, selbst die tollsten 5 Sterne Hotels schaffen höchstens mal 9,7 oder so.
