Enjoyed in the apartment

Property from itself was totally different from usual apartments that you are used to (in every possible positive way ). Located in the real heart of the city this apartment had everything you needed for your stay first of all a lot of space for a family or bigger group of people like us (3 couples). The apartment host was very friendly,kind and helpful (provided us with all necessary information about the apartment and the city) Modern but antique apartment deserves 5 ⭐️ Every recommendation for this apartment in Belgrade!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in Belgrade’s Old Town

Beautiful, spacious apartment in Belgrade’s Old Town. Mila warmly welcomed us and showed us around. The apartment is spotless and very well equipped — everything from coffee pods to toiletries was thoughtfully provided. A special thank you to Mila for the generous complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, such a lovely touch! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return when visiting Belgrade again.

Please note that the windows face an inner, narrow courtyard and overlook nearby walls or windows, so there is no external view. For our short stay this was not an issue, as we mainly enjoyed the apartment itself, but it may be worth considering for longer stays.

Horrible service and dirt under the guise of a pretty picture

The apartment is truly beautiful and tastefully furnished; the furniture and furnishings matched the photos. The kitchen had most of the necessary items. The location is good—in the center, but the street is pedestrianized and quiet.

Let's start with the basics: the apartment isn't cleaned at all. I've attached a photo showing a layer of dust and dirt accumulated on the closet, under the bed, on the headboard, behind the TV, and under the bathtub cabinet. If you're even slightly sensitive to dust, you won't be able to live there at all. We had to clean all the furniture and floors again the very first day we arrived. Furthermore, the owners don't mention this, but the apartment is in a "well" building, meaning none of the windows face the daylight, and you barely see sunlight—only the walls of the neighboring buildings and a dirty courtyard. And the icing on the cake was that during our entire stay, there were MAJOR renovations going on in the courtyard and on the roof, including welding, a drill, and cement work... I don't even know if I should continue. But given the huge windows and thin walls, every sound of the drill and the smell of welding was completely engulfed in the apartment. The landlady pretended she was completely unaware, had nothing to do with it, and could do nothing. Even though landlords are always notified about major renovations. In this situation, the landlady displayed a completely rude attitude; all her courtesy instantly evaporated, she began pressuring and shifting all responsibility onto the client. To sum it up: don't believe the pretty picture. You'll sleep on a beautiful bed, but breathe in a layer of dust.

The apartment was exceptionally quiet. The washing machine was useful and work well.

Need to pay cash on arrival for the full stay, which is fine provided advance notice is given. More kitchen knives would be useful.

Wonderful!

Grand apartment with everything you need for a wonderful stay in Belgrade. Best location, right in the heart of the old city with cafes, restaurants and retail shopping! Apartment is Spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, linen, pillows and blankets, dressing gowns and slippers. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need including coffee machine and coffee pods. Bathroom also stocked with complimentary toiletries and a washing machine. Thank you so much Mila for your lovely welcome, and for the complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge helping us to relax after a long flight. Look forward to staying with you again next month!

One of the best stays ever!

1. The apartment: centrally located, at walking distance from the main attractions, but still very quiet, which is amazing. The apartment has literally ANYTHING you could think of. It was better equipped than most of the 5 stars hotels I have been to!! And it is so beautifully decorated and designed with furnitures that has a real history and charm behind it. We really felt so so so comfortable and at home. 2. The host: Milla is AMAZING. She is very accommodating, very friendly and patient and has been very helpful with many good tips on what to do in the city for instance. She was very available to answer any questions we had. Honestly, we all were in awe of how amazing is this woman and her touching life story, and how she so beautifully renovated this apartment and captured the beauty and history of this place! Thank you so much Milla for everything 💙 if I am back to Belgrade I will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing apartment with an amazing location

This apartment wow-ed us from the moment we stepped in. It is newly renovated, but it has an old charm to it. The 3 bedrooms are huge, the beds are big and comfy, and most importantly, everything was super clean. The host was wonderful, she left chocolates, sodas, wine, etc in the fridge for us. The location is also amazing, the building is literally about 20 steps to Knez Mihailova. If you're driving the garage is about a 2 or 3 minute walk. Despite its central location, the apartment was very quiet. Would recommend this place 100%

Mila’nın mükemmel evi!

Öncelikle ev sahibi Mika sanki çok yakın dostumuz gibiydi, evden ayrılırken kocaman sarıldık. Evde o an neye ihtiyacınız varsa bulabilirsiniz. Buzdolabını bile içeceklerle doldurmuş bizim için. Çocuklarımız için şeker almayı bile düşünmüş. Banyoda aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz, kadınların hijyenik malzemelerini bile düşünüp koymuş. Ev eşyaları inanılmazdı . Her şey vintage ve çok klas bir ev. Seni seviyoruz Mila, yeniden görüşmek işin sabırsızlanıyoruz!

Prekrasan stan u samom centru grada, svi sadržaji su dostupni pješke. Stan je potpuno opremljen, uredan, cist, ima odlicne madrace na svim krevetima, u frizideru nas je docekalo hladno pivo, vino, rakija, sokovi, grickalice. U kupaoni su dostupni samponi, higijenske potrepstine, fen… Vlasnica nas je docekala dala korisne savjete o Beogradu. Apartman za svaku preporuku.
