Nice view , waterfront is very modern quarter with many cafeterias and restaurants

Description did not match reality! This apartmemt has not access to pool and fitness in the building not even if you are willing to pay. Fire stick TV did not worked. Upon arrival with car, you will likely spent half an hour looking for proper Garage entry and reception. Lastly, due to undergoing construction in this are probably next 2-3 years you can not benefit from long several km promenade along the river Sava as they put barriers in the middle area so you have 900m seamless sidewalk.

Modern apartment with magnificent view. Fine Dining and Cafes literally next door... plus pool!

Probably the best view in Belgrade right now. Building and its surroundings are very modern, with 7-11 stores located next to the building entrance. The same goes for several nice restaurants and cafes - they are literally next door and overlook the waterfront. The building itself has a swimming pool and gym as well as playground for children - so it is a godsend for families with small children as well as for stressed-out professionals who wish to unwind for the weekend :)

The facility was good but…

The apartment is in a very new neighborhood. Great facilities in a rich area. The apartment is steps away to access the swimming pool and the building’s private garden on the second floor. Restaurants and market are close by.

The apartment itself is facing other buildings, many are still in construction. So what you’ll see from the balcony is not the river at all. You need around an half hour to reach main attractions by foot. A little bit too far. The towels were very much worn out. It’s quite cheap for such a Luxury place. The host spoke very little English, and the communication had been a big problem between us. What was annoying was that the she just asked me to drop the cash to the front desk of the building and didn’t provide me a receipt though my driver specifically asked for it on my behalf.

Virkelig smuk beliggenhed og fin lejlighed. Meget stor og god til prisen. Poolområdet var godt, men der var ingen information om, hvordan vi kunne bruge det, og i receptionen sagde de, at de ville tage 3 dage at give os adgang. Det løste sig dog til sidst 😊

Det var ikke nemt og behageligt at betale for opholdet. Vi brugte PayPal, som værten selv anbefalede. Hun forventede dog, at vi betalte alle gebyrer, hvilket vi ikke var oplyst om på forhånd. Det drejede sig om rigtig mange penge. Hvis vi ikke havde talt sproget, havde det været svært at kommunikere med værten om det. Vi endte et fint sted efter flere telefonopkald, men det var en ubehagelig start på opholdet, og vi følte os derfor ikke tilpas i lejligheden. Der var ikke særligt rent. Sofaen i stuen var plettet og beskidt, og der var gammel mad i køleskabet.
