The location is excellent. And it was perfect match worth for money. Safe, convenient, comfortable.
Some minor repairs in the bathroom would make my rating higher. Plus the lack of curtains that I was not expecting. Yes, there are shades, but I would prefer to leave the balcony door open and let the air in rather than pulling down the shades. Especially since the weather permitted.

The location is excellent—close to the city center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away. There's also a large 24-hour IDEA supermarket nearby.
There was mold in the bathroom, the furniture looked quite old, and the apartment itself was different from the photos.
Please note: there are no shower products (no gel or shampoo) in the apartment, so you should bring your own.
The security guard at the entrance who handed out the keys was rather unfriendly (no instructions, he didn't even pay much attention to the situation, he just watched TV)

Excellent location, close to some of the great cafes and restaurants and not far off the pedestrian area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Good value
Parking is public and cannot be reserved.
