Location, proximity to everything. Great value for money. Free breakfast and decent amenities.

A bit of complex parking process and no elevator to the fourth floor so hard to carry luggage in.

Our best experience so far, everything is extra, position, location, parking, breakfast, apartment equipment, cleanliness. All recommendations.

Location, cleanliness, shower, communication with host. Coffee and tea and some drinks were provided for free. Breakfast is good it is served at a restaurant down the road.

If you want to rest in the evening before you go out for the night, that might not be possible as the loud music from the bars below will keep you awake if you are not a heavy sleeper. However, it seems that music stops at midnight. Breakfast starts at 9am and that not even a coffee is included.

Central location, close to the old city and lots of nice places to eat. Quick check in. The apartment has all main necessities (full bathroom, small kitchen, fridge, tv, wifi, towels, etc.) for a short stay, and is ideally for two people. Comfortable bed. Very good wifi. A few drinks (water, beer, soft drinks) in the fridge were included. There is also a coffee machine (tablets were provided) and different kinds of tea (bags). There was a nice bar (called "April") right across from the building. Breakfast (which was included in the price of the room) was delicious and we could choose from a range of dishes; thus, every morning we had different breakfast :-), but you have to pay for the drinks, which was fine.

The apartment is located at the very top of the building (3rd floor). There is no elevator, so be aware of the stairs hike. TV wasn't working.
