Overall, great experience, and 100% recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights with my friends. The apartment is really big, with 3 separate bedrooms and a living-room, and plenty of beds. We had everything we needed, and the location was just perfect, close to the city center and a great starting point to explore the city by foot.

The only shortcoming was that the street that most rooms has windows at, is pretty noisy at night, but I guess this is not something that the host can do smth about, you just need to be aware of that (almost inevitable when you're staying literally in the heart of the city).

THE place to stay if you are in Belgrade

The location is EXCELLENT... right by Republic Square. You are in the heart of the city centre with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. As far as the actual place... could not be better. Very spacious, comfortable (2 mini splits that cover home), and the balcony view is great. Ivan was a great host giving us great info about Belgrade and even arranging a private taxi at an early hour to get to the airport.

Elevator, but that is not a knock on the place as tiny elevators are common everywhere. Either walk up the stairs or fit no more than 2 in the elevator.

Big and in a perfect location.

Perfect location, elevator available for our heavy bags, so easy to get around, and LOTS of room for our family of five! Other than the rugs, it was VERY clean.

Not enough lamps and the rugs need to be replaced.

Perfectly located STUNNING apartment in Central Belgrade

The check-in process was straightforward. We did have to wait a little after messaging the hosts when we arrived but it was a good excuse to have a coffee for 30 minutes. Once we had the access key it was very easy and the hosts were always on hand to answer any questions. We came for the Belgrade Marathon so we were aware how noise the street would be. Be warned it gets VERY noisy on weekends if you are in one of the front bedrooms. That aside, the apartment is SO beautiful and has the best view in Belgrade. Close to Square and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The hosts also gave us great recommendations. I have already recommended to friends and family. 5 stars :)

The only bad thing is paying cash. Actually, it could not be a problem if you know but we thought that we could pay with card. So, prepare your cash.

The stay was fine. Huge and comfortable apartment. Perfect location, clean bedrooms, Central heating, hot water, very polite and attentive flat’s owner, fast transfer; what else to wish for. Thanks for shelter in the cold January’s days. Wish to come back again once upon.

This place was stunning! The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We loved the design and the view of the Opera theater from the living room.

We liked everything. One thing to keep in mind that it can be loud at night because of the location. However one bedroom was not facing the main road and was nice and quiet.

I simply love it and return to the place whenever in Belgrade. It's spacious, comfortable, nice, feels like home...

The two rooms looking at thr main street are a bit louder, but you get use to it fast. Also, for more people only one toilette/bathroom might be not enough when in hurry.

Location was excellent, couldn't be better located in the centre with both Knez Mihailova street and Skadarlija in walking distance. The hosts, wonderful couple, they were really helpful with everything we needed. Looking forward to go back, and will certainly book this apartment again.

Family home away from home

Huge space in a fantastic location and all four of the people we met in relation to the flat (airport pickup, greeting us on arrival, picking up keys on departure and communications throughout stay) were very fair, kind and welcoming. Comfy, large beds in rooms that are well laid out for a mixed family group that need both common and private spaces from each other.

The washing machine did leak a little water but it was nothing serious - we just put a towel down to catch the small amount.

Location is amazing! I am so pleased to have booked and stayed at this place. Extremely spacious, so close to everything and great views of the balcony. I never write reviews but I had to for this place. Ivan is a great host and I will surely be back.

Apartman je prostran, lijepo namješten i funkcionalan za tako puno osoba. Domaćin je bio izuzetno susretljiv. Lokacija u samom centru.

S obzirom na kapacitet velikog broja osoba bilo bi odlično imati još jedan WC. Inače je sve bilo odlično.

Läget är enastående, precis bredvid Republiktorget och nära till det mesta av intresse! Stor lägenhet med riktigt bra sängar! Kommunikationen med värden fungerade utmärkt! Ivan svarade alltid direkt och med ett mycket vänligt bemötande.

Egentligen ingenting. Hissen i trapphuset rymmer endast två personer, vilket kan vara ett problem för t ex äldre resenärer.
