Wow, the location is fantastic! The view of the Stefan Nemanja monument with the Belgrade Waterfront buildings in the background is amazing. The apartment is located within walking distance of the main tourist attractions and close to many nice restaurants. Just a perfect location!

The apartment is located in a pretty old building with an old-style elevator that doesn't inspire much confidence. While the apartment looks better than the building itself, it didn't feel very clean the moment we walked in. The carpet on the floor is damaged and looks dirty—it would actually be better without it. The sheets are a yellowish color by design, but they felt unwashed to the touch. Classic white sheets would be a much better choice. The towels also had some yellow stains on them; even though they looked washed and the stains seemed permanent, it was enough to make me not want to use them. Additionally, the shower tub had traces of mold in the corners. ​Overall, it’s not a disaster, but there is a lot of room for improvement regarding the general condition and cleanliness of the place. We met the cleaning staff during checkout and noticed some renovations happening in other rooms, so I believe it can and will be better in the future.

Leider nicht sauber( Spiegel, Geschirr, Gläser. Nur ein gebrauchter Spülschwamm ohne Putzmittel.Die Fenster sind wohl neu, da ist noch Folie dran. SchadhafteFliesen im ganzen Bad, Verletzungsgefahr. Verkohlte Steckdosen.Die Fensterwand ist unrenoviert. Lampen dreckig. Teppichboden ist deutlich sichtbar verdreckt.
