Perfect locations, service and amenities - could be upgraded

The location was perfect

Communication Difficulties - hardly to get a reply or reach out the host. I would recommend to be more active and collaborative with the quests. I felt uncomfortable and unprotected when limited connection existed. Some of the things were not working - new coffee machine exists but it does not work. No coffee capsules available. The boiler stopped working. Happy that we booked 2 rooms and used both 1 of the rooms has an open access to external stairs, something like hidden entrance to the room. This made us feel insecured

The place is right in the very heart of the city, close to coffee shops, bars, shops, etc. The access information was clear and accurate. The parking lot is 2 minutes away from the location. The appartment is quiet and discreet.

Perfect place to visit the city center

A perfect place to stay for visiting the city. It is in the pedestrian zone with lots of restaurants. Just walk out of the building and you are in the city center. When you come by car you get a card for the parking which is next to the building. The owner has perfectly documented how everything works. They even created movies which they sent to make it perfectly clear where to find the card and also the entrance of the building. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. However because of that the room is pretty full. There is a washing machine and a dryer for general use of 3 apartments.

We came with a wheelchair but that appeared to be a challenge. There is an elevator but to reach it you have to climb some stairs (with perfect railings so we managed!). Be aware that the elevator is very small. Only 3 persons in perfect upright position fit in it.

We had two apartments. The location is great, the host explained very well how to park and get there, even with movies and images as well (on WhatsApp). The apartments were very clean and maintained. The host was very responsive and helpful.

In one of the apartments the kitchenette had no sink, we couldn't wash our mugs after use. In the other there's no air-condition in the bedroom and not enough of the living room's one can get in.

Small studio. The bed mattress was not totally comfortable. The "kitchen" and the bathroom are in the same space, delimited by a glass half wall. The bathroom Window didnt close properly. The shower faucet was broken. But all in all, an ok stay.

Amazing value for the money

Hosts were very kind, they even provided free parking in a garage for us. Room looks even better than the photos. Beautifully decorated and spacious. It's located in the city centre, close to everything.

In the bathroom, the sink was very very small, we kept spraying water around whenever we used it. There is some strange sound coming from under the AC unit occasionally, but it stops if the AC is off.

Excellent location, parking provided by the owner which is a huge thing in the city centre. Clean and well stocked, tastefully furnished. You get what's on the photos, unlike many other acommodations.

Me personally would like firmer bed, had some back issues in the morning but my wife didn't complain (she actually loved it), so that's very personal.

Апартаментът е в самия център на Белград. Всички интересни места и забележителности са на пешеходно разстояние. Наоколо има множество заведения, барове, ресторанти и т.н. Собственичката много ни помогна с настняването, като дори изпрати видеа с инструкции. Най-голямото удобство беше безплатния паркинг, който е в непосредствена близост. Със сигурност бихме посетили отново!
