checkin process, location, equipment of apartment, tv with all possible channels (during world cup it was handy!), clean kitchen, paper towels, more towels to use

paying for the accommodation in cash but hard to really pay to host due to responsiveness, quite a dust in apartment especially in long hair carpet, toilet seat was broken

Place is more like a 5 star hotel layout. Everything is new. Exceptionally clean. Very easy self check in. In the very center of the city. Close to everything. Top communication from the host. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade!

The location was ideal, in the center of the city with all the restaurants and cafes in the same street.

The listing advertised free parking at the property, but this was not true. The owner actually meant a public parking area across the street, and motorcycles were not allowed there. We had informed the owner that we were arriving by motorcycle, so we had to leave them on the street. The bathroom and all the surfaces were dirty and covered in hair, as if the property had not been cleaned properly. We paid for 4 people but were given towels for only 2. Communication with the owner was also very poor. He insisted on sending the key box instructions only through WhatsApp, even though this was not stated anywhere on Booking.com. When I pointed this out, he asked me to send a photo of my ID and documents before giving me the instructions. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property.
