First of all the location is the best in Beograd . The view from the balcony is very powerful (you may get to used to it after a day or so ). You will have an aquarium for any stress and excellent tv .
Some small things can be improved , such as kitchen utensils , darker drapes and bedroom door .

Situated on the Square, all sites/parks within a walking distance, food stores/super markets close, pubs/restaurants, Milenko was in constant contact with me before/during the trip.

Perfect location, very polite and friendly owner, everything needed as furniture in the apartment

Excellent location, right in the centre of the city. The apartment is also comfortable enough.
The apartment was not clean at all, to a point that we did not want to put things in the fridge or leave our clothes out. Also the owner was insisting on paying by cash upon arrival (which we did not know) and because we had only card, he was telling us to go to an ATM, like we would leave the house without paying.
