Simple apartment right in centre of Belgrade

Great location. Easy to organise airport transfers with the host and transfers were good price compared to the price booking.com quote for the local taxi ranking. The apartment matches the pictures. Water in the shower was hot straight away. Comfortable beds. The host was available to answer questions on WhatsApp quickly.

It's mostly very good. A couple of handles of the doors need replacement, but not a big deal.

A horrible and dirty apartment, a scam!

The situation

A HORROR! The worst apartment I've had in Belgrade in 14 years! The photos do not correspond to reality! When we arrived, the cleaning had not been done! The apartment was very dirty and dusty. Moreover, the owner did not linger and quickly recovered the money ... No terrace, it's a lie!!! A small filthy balcony overlooking a disgusting courtyard. This apartment is dilapidated and dirty! The bathroom is disgusting! The shower is very old and full of dirt! The kitchen is very little equipped with crockery! Broken mirror placed at the top of the cabinet. Water jump near the toilet. No bulbs in the lamps. Do not open the drawers, it will make you want to vomit! Broken living room table, sheets with holes, old and rough towels, dusty sofa, there are no more curtains, the doors of the wardrobe are broken. The inside of the cabinets are very dirty. We stayed 15 days and the cleaning was not done, the sheets were not changed! A scam rental, very expensive! to AVOID!!!!!

The property is placed in a very old building. You can’t open the windows because is smelling very bad and there is no air at all. Air condition just in the leaving room but not in the bedrooms. The bed was very bad. We only stay one night instead of 7 and we had to move to another place which cost us extra money. We ask the owner if he wants to refund some money but of course he was negative. NON RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Super nastanitev na izjemni lokaciji

Vse je bilo super. Lokacija apartmaja je izjemna, parkirna hiša pa je v sosednji stavbi. Parkirate avto in vse ostalo je dosegljivo peš ali z javnim prevozom.
