Not a comfortable stay and won't go back again.

Not a comfortable stay, the room has nothing "luxury" about it.

The room is very very cold, to the extent in the evening I thought I needed to find another hotel. Water temperature for shower and bath tab is very cold too, the sauna room has a low temperature setting which cannot be changed, so it's not a sauna that works properly. The decoration of the room (incl. the fake marble table) feels very cheap and plastic. Many mirrors were stick on the wall and ceiling, very weird.

City center luxury vibes!

Luxury rooms in the city center, everything you need is just around the corner. There is a currency exchange office right next door. Cool jacuzzi, huge bed and a really, really nice sofa. Big plus for the amount of towels. There are everywhere! You also get a bunch of extras like coffee, razors, even toothbrushes! Such a nice cleaning lady!

The shower could use a miniwash and a repair. The big showerhad is not useable. The TV in the bedroom didn't work properly, but there is one in the living room so not a big problem. Btw - we laughed when we read the bad reviews about hard pillows, but to be honest, they are really really hard! 😂 maybe use looser pillowcases so it doesn't become so denced.

A secret jewel in the heart of Beograd

If you are not familiar with ex-Yugoslavia accommodations, you might feel cheated at the beginning, for the entrance to the apartment is situated in a brutalist style block. However, once you are inside, you will immediately feel completely welcome: you will love the sauna and the jacuzzi, for they can relax you fully. You will as well enjoy the working kitchen, be it for a breakfast or for a meal according to your own recipe. And the bed is totally good.

The property was amazing! Clean , located 1 minute away from center, comfortable bed , always unlimited hot water. The owner was always ready to help no matter the time and I’m really thankful that I chose this property! They made my stay there in serbia even better! 100% value for money and totally recommend! Great place for your SPA vacation!

It’s my second time with this host and I’m very happy with my choice! The apartment is very clean and well-designed, every detail is very thoughtful and luxury (e.g. Clarins shower gel and shampoo, thick toilet paper, off-white bedding). The water is always warm and there is a central heating, that creates SPA atmosphere all the time. The location is very city centre. Best price-quality, and the host is very friendly. Highly recommended, will be back again for sure!

We had a great, relaxing stay!

We had a great stay here. We were welcomed by the host, and he provided us with some info and suggestions on what to do and how to get around. This apartment is the perfect place to relax after a busy week of traveling. The location is very central, just a few steps away from restaurants and shops.

Good to know: the check-out time is a bit early - by 10, and there is no place to store luggage. That was no issue though, there is a luggage storage closeby.

Great place to stay

Top location in the city center, easy parking a minute away from the apartment. The apartment has everything you might possible need for a pleasant stay. Easy check-in. I would definitely recommend. We got the one with the jacuzzi and this was so much fun for the kids. Kalemegdan is within a walking distance. All the nice cafes and restaurants are nearby.

Perfect stay in Belgrade

This is a perfect option with the perfect location. I think that the owner puts priority to make guests feel comfortable during the stay. The apartment provides everything necessary to stay. They provided me with enough amenities and towels to be used during my stay, unlike many apartments that only provide one or two towels regardless of the stay duration.

The room was very nice. Looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Perfectly suited our needs. The bathroom was also very nice and came equipped with high quality products, including a set of bath robes, which was nice.

I appreciated the fact that there was a coffee machine, but the quality of coffee could have been better. Also, the room came with a jacuzzi, but it wasn't as good as we'd hoped, not a comfortable fit for two people and not deep enough.

Excellent!

We had an excellent stay at 9 Nine Luxury Apartments. Our host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the room as we had arrived earlier. The apartment itself was beautiful - it was cozy, the bed was comfy and there was complimentary Dolce Gusto coffee! The location was perfect too - 5 min walk from multistorey parking and right in the centre of town. We'd definitely visit again.

The apartment is beautiful. The decoration, the furniture, the lighting, everything. In the center of Belgrade. We visited them all by walking. Next to a cafe - breakfast, supermarket, pharmacy, the municipal parking lot, aaaand the king rise. Everything clean, clean sheets, everything. We would definitely choose and of course recommend it to friends. Finally, the receptionist was kind and willing to explain everything to us.
