Ideally situated apartment. Comfortable and quiet.

The apartment is perfectly situated minutes from the old town centre with its shops and restaurants. All the main places of interest are at walkable distance or a tram/bus ride away. It is extremely quiet as it's at the rear of the building. Owners are delightful and helpful, giving lots of information of what to visit and where to eat etc. They respond quickly to messages and are accommodating.

For a city break lodgings we couldn't find fault.

A nice place to stay in the heart of Belgrade

The apartment is very nice. It is exactly like in the pictures. The location is just perfect. Right around the corner is the authentic Skadarlia street with many pubs and great food and atmosphere. On walking distance are the Kalemegdan park, the Republic square and the church St. Sava. It is very quiet despite the central location. The host Valentina is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it!

The apartment is listed as a nonsmoking, which is not a problem. But the smoking is only possible outside of the building, up the stairs, in the street. The smokers in our company were not so happy with that fact 😁 So if you’re a smoker, just have that in mind

The best stay in Belgrade

First of all, a huge "Thank you" to Valentina, our perfect host. From the fact that she made sure we had parking space for both of the cars we arrived with, in the public parking space on the sidewalk in front of the appartment, to the amount of infos she shared with us about Belgrade and the main interests to discover there, she made sure we had a great stay. The appartment is exactly like you see in the pictures: it's clean, spacious, confortable and the kitchen has anything you should need. Its location is perfect. It's 3 min away to Skadarska street and its coffee shops, pastry shops, pubs and the best local cuisine restaurants (tip: you should book a reservation in advance to these ones, as they are very busy, especially in week-ends). You have an ATM and a shop-and-go right up the street, just a few mins. away. Knez Mihailova street, the promenade with all the shops, caffee-restaurants, book shops, street food, is 10 min away. You also have, within walking distance, bus stops, exchange offices, and, basically, the whole city center, with museums and many tourist attractions.

Very nice aparment, very close to the city center. Apartment is large, with big rooms, comfortable beds, big kitchen, clean and with all the facilities you need. Only downside is that it only has one bathroom, so if you are a big group, that might become a problem. However, for our group of four, that was no issue. The bathroom has a big shower, which for me was a huge plus! :) Hosts were very friendly and helpful! They waited for us with the keys, they gave us all the information we needed about what is interesting to visit in Beograd, where to eat, where to drink, etc. And, another big plus is that they speak English very well! :)

The apartment is in the most beautiful location. It is an extremely clean apartment and the owner made our stay to feel like home and even better. All the things you want to see in Belgrade are in walking distance from the apartment. Big thanks to the owner for all the additional information and help with the parking.

Great place to stay in the very center of Belgrade

The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to lots of attractions and very good restaurants. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Valentina actually took the time to give us instructions on what we could visit, where we could shop and eat, all proactively.

Super central, great hosts!

Large apartment, parking (paid public) in front of the building, very friendly hosts, well-equipped kitchen. The hosts waited for us for the check-in, and then also stayed and explained the whereabouts on a map, acting sort of like a guide for the city, which was really great!

The apartment is between ground floor and basement in a way, so it gets some humidity.

Best Place to stay in Belgrade

It's a big: beautiful; 2 bedroom that is spotless in the best location. Great to sleep because it was so quiet and yet in the center of the city. Great amenities: 2 good size towels each: coffee; great bedding etc You can't get a better value for your $ in Nis. The Host, Tina and her hubby are great hosts, that go above and beyond to help us make the most of our short stay with great local tips. They even helped us to obtain a free parking spot, right in front of the place (although that's not guaranteed; they will try hard to! We are a family of 3 from Canada and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Belgrade thanksvto Tina

it was really good

Since we were going to Belgrade for the first time as a family, we were looking for a place where 4 people could stay comfortably. After reservationing Bukoleon, Tina sent us a very sincere message to inform us. she was very polite in all messages until we arrived in Belgrade for our trip. she told us the vehicles we can use on the way home from the airport and the price information . While receiving the keys at home, she met us with her wife, both of them were very polite. Tina voluntarily introduced and informed us about the entire city on the map. The house was immaculate, as someone who is obsessed with cleanliness, I can say the following; This house is cleaner than a hotel. Everything had multiple backups. We had a very comfortable holiday. There is internet and air conditioning in the house. We never felt cold at home during this holiday we took in January. The location of the house is perfect. We toured the whole city on foot. Tina always responded to our messages and never rejected us. she is very kind, I hope she meets people like her. Thanks!
