cozy studio apartment a stone's throw from the center

The apartment is a bright studio and is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. We traveled by car and greatly appreciated the free parking space recommended by the owner. She is very kind and helpful.

The host was always reachable and attentive. She clearly explained how to collect the keys and access the apartment easily. For the check-out, she was very accommodating and kindly stored our luggage in the meantime. The apartment is very well connected by public transport and is right in the city center. We were able to explore the whole city on foot, and the area felt very safe, even when returning late at night.

Great room

I liked the design, the water and internet connection was great. All the electrical devices worked efficiently. The landlord was very good communicator, helpful and nice.

The building is very old. When we entered the building, we could not breathe because of the musty smell but inside our room, everything was great there was no smell at all. The biggest problem was the bed, it makes toooo much noise that we could not sleep properly.

Disappointing

Close to the old city center.

The condition of the building, from the time we entered until we found the apartment's door was disappointing! Unfortunately after entering the apartment the disappointment got bigger. The room has nothing to do with the Booking photos. Either the apartment has never been maintained since the photos where taken or the pictures are manipulated and misleading! The condition of the doors, the floor, the,bathroom were bad. Dirty doors, moldy floor at some places, dirty windows and walls, really dirty shower curtain. There was a improvised??! clothes hanger that almost fell in my face.. After almost one month on the road staying in many places around the Balcans that was our last night of holidays and the worst ever. First time in Booking I'm uploading some photos to support our feelings. Rated 4 instead of 1 only for the location.

Cozy stay in a good location

Great place with a friendly host! The room is comfy and clean. City center only in 5-10 minutes walk. Just so you know, it's more like a apart-hotel than regular apartments. There are different room options, some with a washing machine for instance. Make sure to confirm with the host which room you're getting. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfy stay. I'd totally recommend this place!

Sometimes the WiFi isn't great, but the 5 GHz network works well (I figured this out on the 3rd day). However, sound isolation with the hallway could be better and if someone smokes there, you might smell it in your room (luckily, this only happened only twice).

Excellent lovely apartment for a fair price.

The apartment is very close to popular touristic locations. There’re cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops nearby. Natasha is a very kind and responsive landlord. She did her best to make the property ready earlier since I asked to make early check in, she provided all necessary information in detail, my messages were answered almost instantly. The apartment was perfectly clean. I strongly recommend this lovely place to everyone.

Quiet location, very clean, the host is very helpful with everything you need. There are also towels provided even though this is not stated in the description.

I was in the apartment on the ground floor and the entrance door to the building made loud bangs when open/closed, and you could also hear the sounds of the locking mechanism. The sink in the bathroom was very small, making it very inconvenient for washing. The Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't even connect to the network. The lighting was poor.
