Perfect

The apartment was very clean and cozy. The lady that greeted us and showed us around was a sweetheart. There is everything you might need, even a coffee machine and capsules (we had 4 in total). The city centre is within walking distance and there are some supermarkets near. We had a great stay (only for a day, as we were just passing through Belgrade), just be careful when you go up the stairs, you can hit your head :D

Excellent room and location

The room was very beautiful and clean. The location is perfect, all I needed was to cross the street when I arrived at the bus station, and from there, the city center is close to get there by foot. Hosts were so polite, they sent me all instructions on how to get into the room and they checked multiple times if everything is alright. Will try to book the same room next time I'm at Belgrade.

Cosy stay in Belgrade

The house is fully equipped, bed and couch are comfortable to sleep in few nights. There is a parking nearby, if you travel by car (payment). The apartment is near the city center and there are public transportation close to it. The bathroom is amazing: the shower is really big and all the forniture is new and modern. Moreover the owner left us some some coffee for our breakfast.

There is no parking for free. There were only 3 chairs available and we booked for 4 people, so one of us had to eat sitting on the couch. The house is perfect for 2 people, not for 4 (still, for one night it's OK) because it's very small and the mezzanine where the bed is, it's not high so it's risky and uncomfortable when you stand tall.

We lived in apartments for almost 2 weeks. It was good time. We really appreciate our stay in these apartments. First of all, we want to say thank you to pleasant and careful personnel. Regular cleaning, everything in good condition and quick responses made our holiday amazing. Also it was very convenient to be able to wash and iron our clothes. Thanks a lot for the coffee machine and delicious coffee!

The apartment is super! New, big and clean appartment with all the facilities (airco, small kitchen and nice coffee!). The contact with the host was super, you get clear information early before your arrival. Also the location is amazing, nearby the center! Be aware, the trainstation nearby the appartment is not used anymore, it is more far away now.

Nice location with cosy experience

This room is at a good location just opposite to the Belgrade Bus Station. As we planed to catch 6:50’s bus in one early morning, this room is the perfect choice for us to save our time and energy. The room is very neat and cozy. I love the square table and coffee machine in the room, as well as the shower place. The light in the room is quite bright. And in the morning there’s sunshine into the room. Also, the bed and pillows are very soft.

Beautiful stay, the location is in the city center, 10 min. on foot from Karadjordjeva Street, the apartments are beautiful, new, fully equipped, the hosts are wonderful, kind people, there is free parking right behind the building, you won't go wrong if you visit them... Our experience is the best!!!

I wuold highly recommend this place for staying in Belgrade!

The apartment was very good and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to spent a great time in Belgrade. Firstly, the location is very good! It takes only 10-15 minutes to walk to the center square and other popular attractions. Secondly, it is near the bus station (3 minutes approximately). So, if you travel by bus, than it’s the best choice you have. Also, the place is very quite and safe. Personally, I also liked it because it took only 5 minutes to reach the waterfront where I enjoyed walking very much! The apartment itself is new, very clean. It has everything that you need: new kitchen and bathroom with all facilities and two beds (a bed and a sofa). I was living there with my family (three of us) and there was pretty enough place for each of us. Special thanks to the host! He let my family checked in earlier (they came earlier with the bus) and also let us checked out later and leave our luggage at his place on our last day in Belgrade. He also did himself all the paperwork which was required and provided us with everything we asked. He is very polite and friendly! In the end, the price was very good, especially comparing to other places with the same service. I would highly recommend to stay in this place while you are in Belgrade!

Exceptional

It was nice, clean and warm place. It is located near old town of Beograd. Here is a bus station near with international and local buses. Room is very nice and cosy. You could find here everything you need to live - from air conditioning and heating floors to kitchenware and coffeemaker. The bathroom is clean and warm. Here is a heater wich makes water warm in any moment. I highly recommend this place to stay for a day or for a week. Also the host is very nice and assisting. He helped us solving our late check out problem without any troubles. It is actually 10 out of 10 score.

Una estancia muy agradable, en una zona bastante segura y bien comunicada para llegar al aeropuerto.

La ubicación es relativamente cómoda para llegar con el equipaje desde el transporte público (autobús del aeropuerto), aunque no sea súper céntrica para visitar Belgrado. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, todo bastante nuevo y en general cómodo, salvo en lo referente a la zona de la cama, tal como explico luego. La ducha funcionaba genial y el baño era muy amplio.

Lo que menos me gustó fue la cama en lo alto de unas escaleras y con un techo muy bajo, más todavía para personas altas como yo. De hecho, me golpeé, no con el techo, sino con un peldaño de la escalera, pero por suerte, aunque me hice daño e incluso sangré (fue en una ceja, que es una parte delicada), no pasó de un pequeño contratiempo y la anfitriona fue muy amable al proporcionarme desinfectante y unas tiritas para el viaje, pues justo salía en ese momento para coger mi avión de regreso. ¡¡¡Muchas gracias por todo!!! No me gustó que no hubiera microondas y que no se pudiera utilizar la vitrocerámica. Lo de la cama en alto y lo del microondas se ve en las fotos del alojamiento, pero lo de la cocina no se indica en ninguna parte.
