Excellent place! 👌

I had a great stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I stayed for a long period (16 days), and it was very comfortable and practical for a long stay. The location is very convenient. You can find everything you need nearby, and with just a 10-minute walk you are in the city center. There is also a bus stop close by, with many different routes. Communication was excellent, and the host was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

Great place for a short term stay in Belgrade

The apartment is in the city center, easily accessible. Since we were with two small kids, the apartment has everything you need for a short term stay. There are bakeries, markets very near (walking distance) so it's quite convenient. Also, everything is in walking distance and doesn't require you to take your car. Also, the public transport was free of charge so that was also a big plus. The host was very friendly, helpful, responsive and considerate. She indicated a free parking area where we found a parking spot and had our car there for couple of days without moving it.

It would've been nice if there was a door in the bedroom so that you can be more comfortable in the kitchenette or the living room while the kids were sleeping. The area is very crowded with parking so it's very difficult to find parking, let alone a free one.

my opinion is that only the inverter could not heat the place enough if the stay is in winter.

Ideal for a city visit

Great location, all sights are within walking distance. The parking garage is 200 meters and costs about 13€ per day. The entrance to the courtyard is protected by a key, so it is quite safe. Very pleasant host, easy and quick agreement on everything.

The apartment is new and is still in the stage of arrangement, so the cleanliness was not at the maximum level, but I am sure that it will soon be at the highest level as well.

Близко к центру, очень чисто, в целом апартаменты очень свежие. Хозяйка пошла на встречу и сделала раннее заселение и поздний выезд, по нашей просьбе так же выдала квитанцию об оплате.

Прекрасная доброжелательная хозяйка, встретила нас в оговоренный час, все показала. Чисто, аккуратно. Есть чай, кофе, вся посуда. Хорошо подходит на короткий срок проживания. Рядом есть магазины и заведения с едой.

Очень сильно слышно соседей. Вечером шум мешал уснуть. Отопление - кондиционер и электричечский полотенцесушитель в ванной. Мы попали в холодный день, и было не очень комфортно - когда работает кондиционер, становится сухой воздух, без него - довольно холодно.

Tutto perfetto, al di sopra di ogni aspettativa

Posizione perfetta a due passi da tutto, casa pulita e accogliente, Natasha si è resa disponibile dal momento della prenotazione, comprando dei biglietti per una partita di basket per noi, fino a dopo il check out facendoci lasciare le valigie tutto il giorno dopo il check out, nulla da dire di host così se ne vedono davvero pochi. Aggiungo anche rapporto qualità prezzo da 10 su 10
