Lux Apartment in Downtown

La ubicación es excelente, está muy céntrico. El casero muy amable nos dejó entrar antes, dejar las maletas y trajo almohadas nuevas. La cama es cómoda y además tiene lavadora.

Es un 4° sin ascensor, preparate para subir escaleras, y el portal y la entrada... da bastante miedo, está muy muy descuidado. En el baño hace bastante frío y el agua caliente dura el tiempo justo.

Sjajna lokacija i smeštaj. Pogled prelep. Dobro opremljen i čist apartman. Vlasnik ljubazan i na usluzi. Na temu komentara za ulaz, bezbednost nije dovedena u pitanje, u zgradu se može ući isključivo uz pomoć ključa pri čemu su vrata od ulaza u zgradu zatvorena. Ulaz je tipičan za stari deo grada i stariju gradnju, sa više prolaza i kapija iznutra. Kao žensko, nisam se osećala nebezbedno.

Posizione centralissima, proprio dietro il famoso hotel Moskva. In un quarto d'ora a piedi si arriva a Pizza Repubblica e alla fortezza, da un lato, oppure a piazza Slavija dall'altro. Fermata dei mezzi a pochi metri dalla casa e suggestiva vista sui palazzi del waterfront della città. Sistemazione comoda e accogliente in casa, presenza di scalda acqua, lavatrice e stendino per soggiorni più lunghi.

The location is good. Nice view as well. There's wifi. The host is flexible with check in.

First: you need to unlock one main door, then second, then there are stairs that take you through the passage, which is half open (if it rains you'll need an umbrella) then you get to the main entrance of the building, then you have to climb to the 4th floor, and then unlock 2 doors again to go actually get inside the apartment. Second: The place looks the same as you can see here on the photos, but if you travel back in time when those photos were taken. Third: The bed wasn't comfortable at all. The AC was right above our heads, so if you're traveling in summer you'll have problems because the apartment is pretty much hot, and you'll need to use the ac all the time, that means it will blow in your head while you're sleeping. Fourth: I'm not sure about this, but the bed sheets didn't look clean to me, so i asked for spare ones which of course i didn't get. Also there was only one toilet paper so i had to buy more. There are ironing facilities but there is no iron. Fifth: The owner didn't tell us that the neighbors had to work in front of our door for two days. He apologized for it but it ruined my sleep for 2 days. Also we had to pay 20 more euros for taxes and CLEANING fee :) ps. the tv is working, but if you want to watch a note saying "connect a cable" or something.
