The place is in the heart of vibrant Belgrade. The place is definitely not for the picky. The owner is a very nice guy, but you have to meet him first. To avoid a long phone conversation (1.03 euro/min) with him, my advice is to ask him for all the information before you arrive at the location. If you are driving, like me, it is good to know that there are no parking spaces in front of the building and you have to park somewhere (I found a free parking space 6 minutes walk away... it was Saturday afternoon) until you meet the owner. After that, you can decide where to park for the rest of your trip. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a very old building. My boyfriend and I found everything we needed there... a good bed and hot water in the shower! :) We shared the shower with another guy, also a guest in another room, but it was ok for us, even there was no air condition! I would like to come back here :) I recommend the place to people without big pretensions!! The location is ok for the money paid!

Il s'agit d'un appartement bien entretenu dans un immeuble ancien du centre de Belgrade. Son propriétaire s'attache à recevoir ses hôtes avec beaucoup de compétence et de gentillesse.

Perfect location, best option when travelling for work. The property itself needs a lot of work, yet the hosts are very kind and nice and the price for the stay is more than favourable. So, in overall assessment - it's OK.
