Merkezi konumda. İletişim kolay.
Bina dışı tadilat ediliyordu. İçinin de tadilat edilmesi gerekiyor. Salon mutfak perdesi yoktu. İşçiler mutfak pencere önündeki iskelede geziniyorlar. Mahrumiyet yok. Banyo ve yataklar oldukça eski. Yan komşu bütün konuşmalar duyuluyor. Kahve çay olsa konuklar daha memnun kalır.

Ana ci ha aiutato moltissimo per il check in (avvenuto in ora tarda), La casa era perfetta per 5 persone, il bagno molto funzionale, perfetta per un weekend a Belgrado!
Purtroppo non è colpa loro ma il locale sotto casa fa le ore piccole quindi riposare diventa difficile per chi non vuole vivere la notte del centro, a noi non è pesato! Dalle ragazze è arrivato il consiglio di lasciare una bottiglietta d'acqua in casa come cortesia, soprattutto per check in tardi.
