Great location for exploring Belgrade

The location is great. So close to the city centre whilst also a quiet location. The airport bus stops right outside and buses for getting around the city leave from outside too. The apartment was fine for our family of 3, it is an old building, so it is not ultra modern. But it is clean and comfortable and could not be better situated for exploring the city. We enjoyed our stay. Bojan was extremely helpful and welcoming and gave us information about travel from the airport. We loved Belgrade and this was a great base to explore the city

Nothing. We enjoyed our stay. The old building might not suit everyone, as mentioned in some of the other reviews. But it was good for us and the location was so central, meaning we could explore the city easily. The bathroom is small, but has everything you need for a short stay.

House in the city center

The house was directly in the city center. You can walk everywhere. Also, the last stop of the bus you get from the airport is in front of the house. There were all the necessary materials in the house. Thank you Bojan.

Everything was fine!

The location is very convenient. Breakfast is also very nice.

A little bit noise from the trams passing by. The parking lot is outside the hotel on the street, so be careful if you have a big car.

Good location, good cleaning, but the heating system should be improved.

The host was helpful and very practical in handing over the keys. The location is right next to the shopping street, close to the currency exchange and there is a parking lot nearby.

The heating system of the house is bad, since a water heater is used, two people cannot take turns to shower, they have to wait. The heater only heats the area nearby, so you have to wait for general heating. There is a parking lot nearby, but if you are carrying luggage, we had a little difficulty because there is an underpass and stairs.

Ok-ish overall, could be better

I liked that the apartment was central, and the owners were very nice in having us with a very late check-in and they gave really good instructions regarding parking. Other than that it is suitable for only a transition night only to sleep and leave.

Very small bathroom and very small second room. The second room looks like it was improvised only to adapt a second bed but it doesn't feel comfortable. In the pictures it seems that the whole apartment looks better than in reality.

Great location in the centre but very calm and quiet at the same time, nice yard, you have all of the necessary utilities, comfortable beds, enough space for 5 people.

The shower was leaking so the bathroom floor was wet most of the time, but other than that everything was perfect.

A comfortable overnight stop in a great location

Great location close to the city centre and attractions like the Museum of Illusions and Kalemegdan. The apartment overlooked a garden and was quiet and comfortable despite being so central. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.

The shower leaked and various things were broken or didn't work very well. The lady who gave us keys explained it she had been struggling to get a handyman to fix things. The apartment was not as clean as I like it.

Location is amazing. Also building is like a hidden garden entrance. Very nice and comfortable. All other things were really better than my expactations. I 'd like to stay again.

Dirty and cold

Everything was dirty, starting from the sheets and curtains (red stains and hairs), the bathroom (dirty and too small, one can barely turn around). It was also cold, cold floors and rooms, the air conditioning was not working. Basically all the furniture was dirty. The apartment does not look like in the photo at all.

I heartily recommend

Everything. Bojan as a host is very friendly and kind. He was so kind to let us enter before check in time and even helped us with heavy suitcases up the stairs to the apartment. And upon expiration of the check-out time he accepted our belongings into his private apartment until the moment of departure
