Comfy beds and very warm.

The water heater was too small for two people. Insufficient utensils in the kitchen: no cooking utensils or proper knives. The glasses stank of smoke. For the price I paid, I expected better.

Modern apartment near the city centre with all equipment needed

Nice, clean, modern apartment, well equipped in the proximity of city centre. Also with a provided parking place. Nice kitchen area, lots of storage, other equipment (washing maschine, ironing board (I assume also an iron)). A very comfy bed, even though it was not that big. Wisely divided sleeping area from the “living room” with a blackout curtain”. A bar table with bar stools for having a meal. Hosts were providing us with information via WhatsApp.

I would recommend to provide the guests with a more quality frying pan (yours were very sticky and in a condition I wouldn’t use that). It’s a small thing but when using an apartment (due to various reasons - one of them is usually cooking for yourself), every detail in the kitchen (esp.) counts. The dish cloth would be also great. The apartment is in the basement and with windows facing the inner yard, therefore there is usually more dark. You need to get used to that. Otherwise the apartment is really more than great. Just please provide some info for the guests with regards using (turning on) the heater (instead of listing all the equipment with it’s respective price in case some guest might damage that; the practical info for your guests would be more appreciated). I would also recommend to get back to the questions from your guests when they are asking. Even if the answer is no/not possible, it is silly more client friendly than leaving the question unanswered.

Awesome!

Cozy place super close to all centre city activities and popular areas! We loved that it was in a pretty silent place, and very convenient way of checking-in, possibility to pay by card. The apartments were clean, with new furniture etc.

There were no slippers, shampoo, shower gel bottles, but it could be better with it, like in hotel, when you come just for one night, you don’t bring shampoo or shower gel with you, it’s always in the room.

Pleasant one night stopover in Belgrade

Decent sized apartment in a good location, only a few minutes walk from the main bus station and close to the main shopping area. Modern shower with plenty of hot water. The apartment was kitted out with everything needed for a short stay. Access to the property was made easy by receiving instructional videos via WhatsApp.

Bright Apartments Near Waterfront. Check-In Woes and Amenities Shortcomings

The apartments are large and bright. Furniture and appliances in good condition. Not so far from the center. Very close to the waterfront.

I didn't like the check in process. On the day of check-in, I asked about the time when I can get the code for the safe. I was told that check-in is from 16:00, until that time I should wait for the code. At 16:00 no one sent me anything, but I still decided to go to the address. On the spot, I had to call myself and find out the code. The Internet worked poorly, often did not work at all. There were no soaps or detergents in the apartments (for example, laundry detergent, dishwasher capsules, etc.). There was also no sugar or salt.

Centrally located, clean and fair value for money !!

Very clean and organised room with many facilities such as kitchen and iron. Very clever idea the “hidden” bed in the wall. Very close to city centre, as well as Belgrade waterfront.

Nothing to say, maybe a welcome Serbian beer or a bottle of water in the fridge would be a plus.

The best apartment in Belgrade so far!

The location is excellent! Just below Knez Mihailova, next to Brankov Most which is taking you to the newer part of Belgrade and next to the marvelous Belgrade Waterfront Project. There are several stores nearby, and location is on 200m from my favorite Michelin Star Restaurant in Belgrade, Salon 1905.

There should be two double beds as it was written on booking. But there was only one and one sofa which was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Pleasant

The location was close to republic square with tons of shopping and restaurants. A nice park nearby with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee bars within a block. Looks can be deceiving, although the area seemed less than appealing, the apartment was clean and i had everything i needed. And my host was very helpful and responsive! Thank you!!

The appearance of the building was not welcoming. The apartment was on the first floor with a hostel on the 5th floor. So sometimes noisy and the building entrance was never locked. However my area was always secure

people charged my card before I arrived and then send me videos of where I have to go to stay no reception no actual host and charged then said that the cancellation policy is non refundable an hour after I wanted to cancel because of the bad place.

The staff is very friendly! They answer quickly and sent a very clear and convenient instruction for check in. Also they allowed us to check in earlier, thanks for that ❤️ Also the location is great, it’s a pleasure to walk here and view various sights. The towels are changed every day and are always clean. The apartment is very clean in general and wi fi is quick and stable 😊

unfortunately the alarm was on since we checked in during almost the whole stay. It was fixed then but still it was difficult to sleep because of this noise. Also the kitchen was poorly equipped (for example, there was no sharp knife and cutting board) which made it difficult to cook and there was almost nothing for dishwashing except for the dishwashing liquid — neither sponge nor kitchen towel. The air conditioner didn’t help a lot and it was cold in the apartment :(( Plus Booking says the room is 40+metres but in fact it’s much smaller, so it wasn’t as spacious as we expected.
