Clean, cozy, central

Lovely place right next to the old town, quiet and cozy - we felt at home instantly. The host is exceedingly friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The flat has been perfectly clean and comfortable and is well equipped. No noise from the neighbours or from traffic. The host lives next door and was responding quickly to any questions we had.

The shower arrangement might be an issue for some, space is rather constrained. It didn't bother us at all, however. I'd say the flat is not suitable for people with serious mobility issues, and for toddlers: the internal staircase is quite steep and doesn't have a gate. For everybody else: an excellent choice.

We felt like a citizens of a wonderful city of Belgrade for this three days while we were staying here. Much historical attraction places are just near the apartments, as much as shops and cool cafes.

A stair could be a bit unsafe, but we knew about it, so 10/10.

More than amazing...

Aparment is in very central of Belgrad . Very clean , comfortable. We stayed in March and heating system hot water iş great. Everything iş very clean. Our home owner Jelena iş very friendly and helpful . We Will Come again. Thank you, HVALA for Everything....

the stairs in the room are very high inclined and difficult-dangerous to get down but there are handles . There was no elevator to the entrance door of the room. old building with dark entrance . bumped my head 3 times 😁but i knew its on the last floor with inclined roof. So that was my fault.

Apartment has all what you need for few days stay. Everything is close, parking place available, few steps from city center and river Sava also close to public transport. Friendly, helpful and always available host.

Central and modest apartment with top host

I would confidently rate 10 for our host Jelena, from check in to check out. Jelena helped arrange transport to/from the airport and also an initial short tour on the 1st morning of our stay which helped with orientation. The apartment was very conveniently positioned in Central Belgrade but within the apartment, the steps from bathroom to living space were steep and so we had to be careful. We managed but we would not recommend for very young children or less able adults. The bathroom was just about adequate but with no shower curtain and low ceilings it was very hard to manage a shower without making a mess so we took much care. The renovation design is efficient but ceilings are quite low so care is needed to not knock your heads as we did a couple of time (and we are not tall people). Overall I would recommend the good value apartment for its location and confidence in the host but it is worth noting the stairs and low angle ceilings limitation for certain families.

The low angle ceilings, steep stairs from bathroom to living space and the strong smell of cigarette smoke on the bathroom level (although, the issue of cigarette smell/stench was actually a challenge for us everywhere in Belgrade and not specifically to this apartment).

Çok güzel bir ev...

Ailecek ilk yurtdışı seyahatimizdi. Küçük kızımızla birlikte Ocak ayında Balkan soğuklarından korkarak gittik ama daire o kadar güzel ısınıyordu ki çoğu gece kaloriferleri kapattık. Hiç sıcak su sorunu da yaşamadık. Daire, banyo, nevresim herşey çok temizdi. Tavan pencerelerine bayıldık. Konumu çok iyi. Ev sahibesi Hanım ile oğlu zaten yan dairede kalıyorlar. Çok güler yüzlü, cana yakın, ilgili ve güvenilir insanlar. Güvenli bir aile tesisi. Gündüz 11 de daireden ayrıldık, dönüş biletimiz akşamdı, sağolsunlar akşama kadar valizlerimizi kendi evlerine bıraktık, o gün de çok rahat gezdik. Yine gitsek yine aynı yerde kalırız. Ayrılırken de kızımıza süpriz bir jest yaptılar. Nezaketlerinden ve misafirperverlikerden dolayı çok teşekkür ediyoruz.
