Stylish and elegant plus very accessible and close to everything

Everything was exceptional! The location - extremely close to the main pedestrian tourist street or a large shopping mall and yet enough removed to be quiet and lux and near the park. It is also quite accessible via public transport, with a short walk to the bus stop. I also appreciated that there were almost no stairs to surmount with a heavy suitcase (just a couple of steps). The apartment is very thoughtfully prepared, with virtually everything you might need when travelling. Finally, it is simply very beautiful and elegant, just like an apartment at the center of a lovely European city should look like, with design elements that make your stay even more memorable and enjoyable.

Maybe a larger shower cabin or a walk-in shower, a special towel that you put on the floor like a bath mat, and special detergent for washing delicate clothes. Oh, and an update to the restaurant recommendations. But overall it's difficult to find things to improve as you can probably notice from my review.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

The location is perfect, within walking distance of most major sights. I’ve never stayed in an apartment so well-prepared for guests: sewing kit, dog bowl, wet wipes, shampoo, washing powder, coffee, tea, neighborhood guidance book. you name it, it’s there. The owner also arranged both airport pickup and drop-off, which was super convenient. I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area

Best place to stay in Belgrade with very good price/value ratio

Very central, but very quiet location. The apartment is few 10 m's close to the main pedestrian zone of Belgrade AND it is also near the beautiful Kalamegdan Park. Excellent location. Very clean apartment with every necessary amenities you could think of.

This is not within control of the facility. There are currently (end of May 2025) two major construction/renovation projects across the street and it is noisy and busy with big trucks etc. during the day (but you don't hear noise in the apartment). But this will probably be over within couple of weeks.

Highly recommend Beautiful property.

So spacious and comfortable. Great location. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful parquetry floors , high ceilings, lovely entrance, very quiet. Very large dining and living area. All the facilities needed for a Short or a long stay.

A well-located, good-value apartment with responsive hosts that met all our needs

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The unbeatable location was my main reason for choosing this place, and the host’s quick, helpful communication made the stay even better.

The kitchen is small, but we didn’t plan to cook, so it wasn’t a problem. The bathroom looks a little dated, yet everything worked fine. Although the AC isn’t the strongest, the apartment stayed mostly comfortable. The mattress is on the firm side. All in all, considering the price, we are happy with our choice to stay here.

Seriously, if you are lucky enough to have this place available take it. It is brilliant value, mainly because the location is perfect, right beside the French embassy just within the network of walking streets that form the basis of the old city. Restaurants and shopping galore right at your doorstep. The main historic sites and Danube are just a short 10min walk away through the parks. The accommodation is very spacious and exceptionally fitted out. Three seperate rooms kitchen, bedroom and lounge. However, while the location and facilities are brilliant they are not the highlight of choosing this accommodation - that is Aleksandar, the host. He was the highlight of our short visit to Belgrade. He is an articulate, intelligent and energetic host that truely enjoys his task of hosting visitors to Belgrade. He offers a transport service that we, after spending 2 hours negotiating and failing with the local taxis services, we engaged. Best decision we have made on our travels so far. I would highly recommend travelling Aussies and Kiwis, particularly if you are retired professionals, to try and snag this accommodation. You will have a great time and you may end up making a great Serbian friend. Thank you Aleksandar for making our short incidental, we were there only to take the Belgrade to Bar train ride, special. It is now on our list of places to have a much closer look at in the future.

The location is really great, everything is so close, even the shopping mall is near by. The accommodation is super clean and looking like a president apartment 😁. There's just everything - kitchen stuff, spices, first aid kit and so on. The host is also very friendly. :) planing to go there again!

The best place and location in Belgrade.

Perfect apartment for a stay in the best part of Belgrade. Everything is within a few minutes walk. Shopping center is two minutes away, cafes and restaurants everywhere, Kalemegdan fortress and Central Park, zoo, can’t believe we were lucky enough to find this place available. Extremely friendly and helpful host. Great in every way.

Excellent location close to restaurants, shopping mall, Kalemegdan and very safe district. Host is friendly, respond immediately when you need something, that was very nice of him to provide transfer service to the airport at 6:30 am .

Great central location in a pedestrian area. Excellent host.

The apartment is very central, 1 min away from Knez Mihaila. Lots of restaurants nearby, Fortress is only 3 mins walk away, public transport also very close, out of the pedestrian area. A shopping centre which includes a supermarket is only 1 min away. We used the host's service from the airport as we arrived late. He was very informative and also gave us recommendations on some restaurants. Anything we needed, he helped us. Very recommended.

For light sleepers, the bells of the church nearby might be heard during the night. We thought it would be an issue but it wasn't.

Great apartments in the city centre, a lot of bars and bistro's around, central park across the road. Best host ever – help us with early check in, always answers in time. It's really clean inside, warm and beatifull.

Nice and comfortable place to stay in the city center

We love Belgrade and visit the town frequently, but this weekend was the best! The location is great, a strict city center, close to the main shopping street, nice bars and restaurants, and most of the nightclubs, so you will really save money traveling on foot. Not far away from the airport (around 20 euros by taxi, but beware of cheating taxi drivers from the airport, it's better to use an application for ordering a taxi, like Pink Taxi, which can be downloaded on Google Play). Quiet place with a small private yard. The one-bedroom flat is freshly renovated, with high ceilings and large windows but warm. Suits a family of two-four. The furniture is new and comfortable, all necessary equipment is provided, and the bed sheets are new, nice, and fresh. Good Wifi. What else? The host, Alek, is a friendly and ready-to-help person. Thank you, Alek, we will definitely come next time!

Ev sahibi rezervasyon için evin yakınında günlük 8€ ücreti olan otopark olduğunu belirtmiş. Gitmeden otoparkın konumunu istedim, bana cevap vermedi. Gidince yine aradım otopark nerede diye. Bu çok zor bir soru diyip günlüğü 17€ olan bir otoparka yönlendirdi. Evde internet sürekli kesiliyordu. Bu durumu bildirmeme rağmen ancak ertesi gün iletişime geçti benimle ve sorun çözülmedi. Ev sahibi hiç bir konuda sorunumuzu çözemedi ve vaadettiklerini yerine getirmedi.

Super schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist perfekt und Aleksander ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Er hat die Fahrt zum Flughafen organisiert ( sehr früher Abflug) Jederzeit wieder, bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt
