Superb

Very clean, big and comfortable apartment . Near the city center. Market, cafe's, bakeries and public transport nearby. The owner was very helpful and willing to answer every question before and during our accommodation.

The apartment was on the 4rth floor and the elevator of the building was too small. We traveled with a baby and the baby's carriage was very difficult to be transferred to the apartment.

Apartment is nice and clean, modern, well positioned ,close to important spots. Bed was very comfortable as well as pillow. Apartment is spacious. City center is just fee minutes away. Staff was pleasant. Good value. My recommendation.

I am not smoker so i could smell inside the apartment cigarettes smoke. I understand that is not about apartment or hosts. It's about guests who dont really care about rules. Any way,that and extremely small elevator is all i didn't like.

Excellent location, excellent accommodation in the centre of Belgrade

Excellent location in the up-and-coming Savamala & Waterfront districts, just south of the Old Town. Public buses go to the airport (#72, 150 dinars), and to points of interest in town leave from just outside the property. Well-appointed communal hallway and staircase. Small, quaint old-fashioned elevator for maximum 2 people. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was warm, spacious and free from traffic noise (with quality double-glazed windows). Well equipped, with tea, salt, pepper & cooking oil provided Good shower head, and consistent flow of hot water. Lots of shampoos and shower gels. Comfortable, large bed & mattress Excellent Wi-Fi and a large screen flat TV with cable channels

The walls lack sound insulation, so we could hear the neighbours going about their daily lives. The armchair in the photo is horribly uncomfortable. The supply of real coffee was almost exhausted

Convenient

Clean and cute apartment. The host is helpful, easy check in and check out. The bus stop for the airport bus is just right downstairs, super convenient especially if you need to take an early bus like I did at 4am. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the center, many fast food places in the area, some open 24 hours.

The apartment smells a little cigarette when I walked in, and I saw an ashtray.

Amazing stay!!

I loved almost everything. The room was very clean and very close to the city center. Everything that we planned on visiting was literally 10-15min walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive whenever we needed help about anything. And finally, you get a nice view of the city center at night :)

The only thing that I didn't like was the building's elevator which was quite old and not the safest to use, but the host was quite aware of this and made sure to inform us on time so we will know.

The host was really nice and he helped us carry our luggage. The apartment was very spacious and clean and it had everything we could wish for, even more.

The building had a pretty bad smell, probably because of the cat that lives there. The elevator was the smallest and most terrifying I have ever seen. Because of that we took the stairs most of the time, which isn't the easiest since the apartment is on the 4th floor.

Wonderful apartment in the center of Beograd. Excellent choice.

Excellent apartment with all you need for comfortable stay for a several days. Room is quite spacious, bright, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the bathroom is warm, there is a washing machine - but we did not use)) all photos are 100% real. Host is very friendly, polite and helpful. Location of the apartment is really great - very close to the center, 10 minutes to Knez Mihailova by walk; Zeleni Venac market is just 2 steps away, parking is also nearby (for 3 days we paid 3500 Serbian dinars (multi-entry-exit, plus you can use other parkings of this network around the city, already free - ask administration for a map) = about 35 dollars, this is a good price, it is very difficult to find parking lots in the center of Belgrade. We liked everything very much. Highly recommend this apartment, it's a great choice.

I can't say anything bad, absolutely. Unless the elevator is very small.. but this is not the fault of the owner of apartment. Most importantly, there is an elevator!))

It's a nice apartment right next to the old town and close to the bus station and A1 airport bus stop as well. It is suitable for staying either for one night or a week, for a person, a couple or a family with a child. It's really small but comfortable. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, oven, wi-fi - everything you may need on a holiday or a business trip. Lots of people are not happy with the hallway and staircase in their feedbacks but for me they are lovely, reminds of famous Saint Petersburg` front staircases: old and shabby, with a hideous elevator but is rife with a history.

The only minus is the mattress was too soft for my husband, he likes hard beds. But I was okey with it.

Excellent location and very helpful owner

This apartment is perfect. It's in the center of Belgrade. you can take bus 72 from the airport which stops at 200m from matea apartman. Our plane was 4 hours late and our owner was following our flight closely. by arriving at midnight thirty, we find Mirella waiting for us in front of the building with a soothing smile. Thank you very much.

A strong smell of cat piss at the entrance of the building.
