-The location is perfect, right in the center, very close to the main pedestrian street. Yes, the building is quite old, but the apartment looks modern and the lift was working. - We were two families and welcomed the fact that two sets of keys were provided. - Even we checked in a bit early, every request we made was satisfied by the hosts. - A close-by public garage is very convenient and the host duly informed us about it in advance, which was very helpful.

-The host requested full prepayment by bank transfer in order to give us access. After we complied, the communication was very good and access was provided. The explanations were clear and easy to follow. However, the street is pedestrian, we did not know that in advance, and in order to reach the address we had to carry all our luggage by foot to some distance. -The second bedroom is quite small and the "double" bed is in fact an extendable single bed, so it was not comfortable for two adults in their 60s. (picture attached) -The bathroom floor gets wet after each showering and the floor rug got completely wet on the very first day and didn't dry until the end. I would recommend leaving a mop for use in order to avoid this annoyance. -Another annoyance: Netflix app on the TV requests YOUR own account. We did not watch TV at all.

Een wasmachine en een douchecabine hadden helemaal top geweest

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Städtetrip: mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt und in Nähe eines Parkhauses.

Die Instruktionen in der Wohnung besagen, dass man die Heizköper bei Ankunft aufdrehen soll. Als wir aus der Stadt zurückkamen, mussten wir aber feststellen, dass die Heizung überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Erst am nächsten Morgen wurde uns auf Anfrage mitgeteilt, dass die Klimaanlage als Heizung zu nutzen ist. Bis ein kleines Klimagerät eine ganze Wohnung mit Nebenzimmern aufwärmt (immerhin wurde an 5 Personen vermietet), dauert es mehrere Stunden. Im Dezember ist völlig klar, dass eine unbeheizte Wohnung unzumutbar ist insbesondere wenn man an Familien vermietet - alles wurde im Detail mitgeteilt und in Instruktionen erläutert (auch die Pflichten der Gäste) - nur dieser wichtige Punkt nicht. Ich muss leider davon ausgehen, dass hier bewusst Kosten gespart werden sollen. Die Wohnung ist absolut hochpreisig auch im Bezug auf die doch eher einfache Ausstattung, so dass diese Sparmaßnahmen einen sehr schlechten Nachgeschmack hinterlässt - zumal man ansonsten auch zufrieden gewesen ist. Schade!
