A great stay overall, with a perfect location, a quiet and excellent value for money.

The location was perfect, surrounded by many nightlife spots with plenty of options just steps away. Despite that, the apartment itself was very quiet and comfortable, which made it ideal for resting after a long day.

Everything met my expectations, and the stay offered very good value for money. There wasn’t anything in particular that I didn’t like or felt needed improvement.

Decent size for one person but photos made it look bigger.

The host was friendly and also cleaner. Let me drop off bags before, took card payment which was useful. Shower was good, always warm water and towels provided. Tea/coffee provided although didn't use. Bed was really comfortable and room had a fridge.

Air conditioning was only warm. Cold setting didn't work. Photos make the property look bigger than it was although big enough for one person. They approved an early check in time for 11am but once I arrived at this time the room was not ready so had to wait another 2.5hrs.

The room was OK, even though partially missing the stair rail. The host attitude was very stressful.

The property was Good and renovated even though the building is very old. The bed was big and comfortable.

The host's attitude. After first night I gave him feedback about the towels that clearly smelled by cigarettes (even though the room was not). I was shocked, as he proposed me to find another place to stay the second night. I was not prepared to spend time in yet another search where to stay. After the whole day in stress he changed the towels.

This is a wonderful apartment. Really beautifully done with great attention to detail. We had a really comfortable stay. The location is fantastic for sightseeing and the host was really friendly and helpful. The only regret is we couldn’t stay there longer because it was already booked up.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The location is ideal, nestled in the heart of the city and just a stone's throw away from the picturesque riverside. Dušan, the host, was exceptionally helpful and communicative, making both check-in and check-out processes incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The accommodation itself is a gem – it's equipped with everything one could need, from a fully-stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine, to the convenience of a washing machine. The interior is both cozy and stylish, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'm truly grateful for the chance to have stayed here and will undoubtedly return. Thank you, Dušan, for such a memorable experience!

That is perfect location, right in the heart of the city, near the river side. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven, frigerator, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine. Very cozy and stylish interior. The location is perfect, waterfront, very close to all the sights, city park and the office I was working at, the atmosphere of the place was very nice, the old beams on the ceiling and neat design. For extra fee the host met me at the aiport, and I had a really early flight, so this was very helpful.

Nice location for a short stay, for a longer period might be a little bit pricy. Water bottles or a filter would be nice.

Great weekend in Belgrade

The appartment is exactly as on photos, very cozy and nice. Location is perfect: 10 mins from the very centre (but be ready to go up some stairs:) Bed is huge and extremely comfortable, had great sleep! Special thanks to Dušan, who was very hospitable and helpful, always online ready to help. Would definitely come back!

Nice little appartment

The appartment is beautiful, warm and with excellent location. The only thing missing is a balcon ( but that's for me because I smoke and so for every cigarette you need to get outside) :)

Parking for the car is ±200-300m from the appartment (2 days = 3000rsd) Towels are not ok, they are too small and bad quality.

Amazing apartment in beautiful Beograd

I have rented apartments all over Europe, and this Old Port Riverside apartment is simply the best! Very stylish interior, smart "loft" layout, nice details. It is located right on the banks of the Sava river, just in between the historical (and interesting) Kalemegdan park and the old town city center. It is situated in a large old building, you would not expect such a modern apartment! The windows look out on the inner yard and even with the windows open at night, there was no noise from neighbours or the quite busy street and tram rails. The apartment is very well equipped with a nice open kitchen, including a fridge, an electric stove and a washing machine. The bathroom holds a rain shower!! The bed (upstairs) is very comfortable. The WiFi is perfect. The apartment is exactly like the pictures! It's just a 10-15 minute walk to/from the bus station. Host Dushan is truly wonderful, he is very responsive to any questions you might have and explains clearly how things work in the apartment. His English is quite good, which makes communication easy for tourists who don't speak the local language. He also offers transfer to (or from) the airport, even as early as 4am, and his rates are below the regular taxis. Euros and RSD (dinars) are both accepted.

A warm, cozy place to stay for tourists

It’s very clean, with a fantastic location - close to everywhere, ready for walks and some night stuff, very close to the fortress and tourist attractions. The apartment is fully furnished and that’s a duplex, and fully yours.

It could be a bit cheaper. Of course - location and everything else is just fine, but you may find a hotel for this price
