Great location

Perfect location, new building, everything perfect

Bad lightening in the toilet, not suitable for woman and make up. Also, I would recommend they put one big mirror somewhere in the apartment.

Great Location, Some Room for Improvement

The apartment is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Belgrade Waterfront — walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the river promenade. Having a parking spot in the garage is a big plus, especially in this area. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy. The apartment is quiet despite the central location — perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The apartment itself is new and modern, but the cleanliness could be improved. Also, the bed linen is synthetic, which made sleeping less comfortable. With a bit more attention to detail, this place could be excellent.

Good location, free parking, pet friendly but looks like never been clean...

They clean poorly, especially the shower where garbage comes out when you shower. The towels smelled like cigarette.

The room wasn't clean, very dusty and food remains like chips and crumbs where everyone, holes in the sheets. A lot of spiderweb on the balcony. Also very little furniture and attention for aesthetics. Lux price but no lux feeling...

A modern apartment close to the centre

Great location - close to the centre and to the river Sava. A parking space in the garage for no extra fee. A well-stocked supermarket close by. A quiet area. The host waited for us to hand us the keys.

The apartment is not very comfortable for people of an average hight because everything is pretty high up - kitchen kabinets, the table in relation to the hight of the chairs, the hangers in the wardrobes. No kitchen towels, and only one knife that didn't cut terribly well, no bowls bigger than cereal bowls.

It was dirty, dirty couch, there were leftovers from other guests everywhere, the apartment was not adapted for 4 people despite the information in the description, blocked shower, lots of hair, unpleasant. The host brought us bedding in a bag, left it and went away, he didn't even bring it to the apartment.

Location of apartment next to the bus station (had to come back to Belgrade by bus so i could catch the flight next day).Cleanless and all amenities in apartment where youn have everything for short stay in Belgrade.Also Jamie Oliver restaurant is 5 minutes walk ,Maxi grocerie store 2 minutes walk and plenty of other coffee bars and restaurants and pharma shops around.Also beautiful view from balcony Only instructions for Wi Fi could not been found anywhere (had a local sim card in nearby Shop for 4 euros and 3 GB of Internet).But it was ok to keep me little bit away from job and emails :) From 1 to 10 ,i will give 10 and definitelly all recommendation for this apartment and his owner.

Sewage water system in Bathtube.,when you taking shower there is a big chance to flood the entire bathroom.

Appartamento appena costruito nel nuovo quartiere Belgrade Waterfront. Pulito, con garage gratuito incluso, tutto perfetto. Il centro storico di Belgrado è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.
