Location is decent.

The hygiene! It was dirty, dusty, and most importantly freezing cold. It felt like the place has to been cleaned in a year or so. Considering the sum paid for it, I was at least expecting it to be clean.

The value is good but not the most comfortable place and the owner is not a pleasant person

Relatively cheap, close to city center

The owner was not responsive, warned about accepting payments only in cache only last minute in the day of check in, causing us inconvenience and when I asked if we can pay a part now and the rest later, he was rude demanding the whole amount in an hour like some gangster. The place is really dark, and hot water didn’t work on one night. WiFi was not stable. They don’t replace the toilet paper for you unless you catch the cleaning person and ask them.

Not satisfied at all

That my family fitted good there.

The shower has problem with draining water, it just stays there. All bathroom has mold and fungus everywhere, first of all it’s very dangerous for people having respiratory problems. The kitchen was fully covered with oil and fat, the kettle had a lot of scale inside, we could make even a tea. The parking is very small in the entry and exit. We had a multivan and it was veeeery hard to come inside and out of the ground parking.

English translation: The accommodation is very suitable for large families, especially in terms of the number of beds. Finding the place and the check-in process were very easy. It is recommended for everyone. It is located next to the Moskva Hotel.

English translation: Everything was fine, but the double bed in one of the bedrooms was extremely squeaky. It’s time to replace it. It’s hard to sleep because of the noise.

Communication from the departure, with precise instructions how to get there. Parking place was ready and waiting. All was as described. Location is superb, downtown, close to the main street, hotel Moskva, Balkan etc.. all within walking distance.

Really disappointed by the cleanliness, which is the most important for me personally.

Location is very good and they have their own private parking.

The apartment was not cleaned, the whole place smelled like cigarettes-which is not so cool if you’re not a smoker. The sheets were not fresh also the towels.

Good location and helpfull

Not good quality of strom, old sheets and dirty. The bathroom had an awful smell. And the most important the hot water was only for 5’ and nothing more. And last but not least the blanket was smaller than the bed that it was for two persons and at the night we were cold because of that.

Nice place in a strategic point of the city: it is a few steps from Skadarlija and trg republike. Clean and comfortable, perfect if you have to visit Beograd with friends or family! Parking provided, cheaper than the public way one.

Accommodation suitable for a short stay in the city.

The location of the accommodation is a 10-minute walk to the main street. Close to shops and bars. The street is very quiet.

The accommodation is not an apartment, but only a room, we had to fix the shower ourselves, which had a broken button. The room was not cleaned in four days. The garage is very narrow and low.

Good Value for Money.

It was right in the city centre. Easy access to every major part of the city. Clubs, bars, restaurants. The room was neat, and the host was very friendly. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but he came all the way to give keys and made sure I was well looked after.

The bed in my room was not very solid or firm. It moved a lot and wasn't too comfortable to sleep on. I was alone the whole time, but I would not recommend the bed for couples.

Not for families!

Location:Very good. You can go by foot almost anywhere Personnel: Very helpful and kind. Parking: Very important. Even though the gate is always open and accessible to anyone. I think that because of this 15€/day is not a good deal.There is a secured parking space next. Kitchen: Sufficient. The appliances were ok. And for all those i give a 5

1)Sheets: With holes made of cigarettes 2)Bed: The mattress was not comfortable 3)Coutch/bed: - Dirty. I found garbage under - It was broken. I ended up sleeping without opening the coutch to make it bed. - Buy a new coutch!! Its surface peels off 4) WC: The shower water plumbing was blocked. Making shower was with water rising up to the ankles. 5.) Kitchen: Plates,etc..... were not cleaned. We found food leftovers on). 6) The entrance and wc door handle were damaged. The drawer also had a broken handle. 7) Cleaness: The worst I have ever seen traveling. It is not for families. Maybe someone who can live with all these. I left the kids without a shower because of the dirt.

Nice place and in good location but there needs to maintenance on the room

It was a nice modern hotel room at a very reasonable price right in the middle of the city.

About half of the lights in the apartment weren’t functioning and the entrance to the apartment felt slightly unsafe being in a dark alley. I understand Belgrade is safe but if you are a solo female I would not stay here based on the entrance.

Location is good, where you are in city center with connection to many places.

We booked one big apartment for 8 people. The landlord called me 3 days before our arrival, and said that big apartment is not available. He gave us 2 smaller apartments that were not like on the picture at all. We accepted this as we couldn't cancel the booking 7 days before our arrival by the rules. Therefore this was not good at all.

I don’t recommend.

It’s close to the city center, just 10 mins walk. Person who was responsible was kind and helpful.

Room was smelling smoke and dust. Coach in the living room was not clean enough and in the sheet there was a hole. Neighbours listened to music whole nihght and we couldnt sleep well as whole noise was inside.

The place is near the city center and there is was a lot of space in the rooms good kitchen and freeze Alsos it was clean

Although I have sent an email to the owner about arrival time there was no answer There was no one waiting at the appartment. I had to call the mobile phone on the booking platform and the person who answered send me an sms with an other phone who second person told me where to park the car at two specific parking places and get the key of the appartment. However because of not clear directions i first pakred the car to the near by public parking and i had to removed it after understanding that the owner was talking about the undergroung parking of the same building which was in an alley hard to find . Any way i finally fixed everything The next morning a person without knocking and without any notice from the owner just open the door with an other pair of keys asking to fix some thing in the room when we were sleeping !!!! Regarding payment the person needed only cash in euro there was no way to pay with credit card He asked me to put the money on the kitchen table with the keys when leaving Since there were those guys with the keys i called the owner and told him my concern about leaving the money on the table but he told me not to worry .Thats all about Beograd stay

It has a lot of beds and can easily fit 7 people and still be comfortable

The parking. Maybe it was our mistake but the pictures were a bit misleading, the parking is not in the same building that you’re gonna stay and also on the booking it said 10€ per spot but later he said it’s 15€. (inflation I guess)

Excellent location in the very center of the city. The private parking in the building was very convenient. The accommodation itself is nice and clean except the smell in the bathroom.

The smell in the bathroom was awful. It smelled very bad from the sewer during the entire stay. The owner should really address this problem.
