Belgrade Central QUINCE Apartment

The host was great and everything inside the apartment was well-thought. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a washing machine, toiletries, and basic cleaning stuff. The location is very close to Knez Mihailova and fairly close to Kalemegdan by foot. The nearest grocery store is 7-8 minutes by foot, and there are many cafes within a few minutes of walking. There is a bus station right behind the apartment with many different bus lines. Overall, pretty solid choice if you are looking for a stay in the Stari Grad area.

Like many Eastern European buildings, the outer facade of the building and the common infrastructure are flimsy. This place is certainly not for you if you are afraid of elevators. Our fridge broke down on our last night, but the host could not do much as it was the Easter week; sometimes things just happen. There is a parking spot behind the building that requires you to open two gates, drive through an incredibly narrow road with cars parked on both sides, and drive over a metal ramp that has two racks only slightly larger than your tires. It is not be a big deal for people used to driving in Europe, but most American drivers would have a really hard time parking there, especially if they want to come and go. If you do not trust your parking skills, either park at the paid garage 2-3 minutes away from the apartment by car or find another stay.

Современные апартаменты в самом центре города. Шикарный вид с балкона. Есть парковка! но надо заранее предупредить хозяйку.

Окна спален выходят на оживленную улицу. Но в целом хорошо спалось, жалюзи уличные спасают.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and located in a great area. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very pleasant. Marija, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!
